I am delighted to be writing this review for Cypress Custom Pools. Hire them!!! Do not hesitate! We recently got a pool put into our new home, and I cannot say enough good things about this company. This was probably the smoothest construction process I’ve ever experienced. Their efficiency and quick response time, as well as turn around time to getting a design and quote to us blew me away compared to other pool companies. HOA approvals were taken care of quickly. We had our pool built within a month- in fact, any delays that occurred were due to unavailability on our end. Every step of the process was communicated clearly, and all our questions and concerns were always answered. LeAnna, Guillermo, Susan, Sam, Kyle - everyone that is part of the team, I cannot thank you enough for creating such a beautiful pool for our family and making this process as easy for us as possible. We look forward to creating many memories in our backyard.

We used Cypress Custom Pools based on a friends recommendation. Could not have been happier with the entire process. Gary worked with us on the design and materials creating a fantastic outdoor space along with the pool. The project was managed by Oz who could not have done a breed job of managing everything end to end. He communicated regularly and addressed all of our questions. Pool was completed early and turned out fantastic. I would highly recommend Cypress Custom Pools.

We have decided to build a pool in our backyard this year, and got a couple of quotes, one of them Cypress Custom Pools. We have 3 friends that built pools with them over last couple of years and everyone recommended it, so we went with them.

Gary was great on making our design and working on some details that we wanted. He met us on Labor day to have us chose materials, great guy.

The construction superintendent Joe is fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, and kept us informed on every step. He and his crews worked flawlessly from the dig to landscaping, and delivered a beautiful backyard. The project can be intimidating but Joe gave us all confidence in the world. Absolutely the best superintendent.

We were very fortunate with the weather and the pool was ready in 3 weeks from digging to equipment running.

We sought out about a dozen pool builders before deciding on Cypress Custom Pools. We couldn’t be happier with our decision. The team there is top notch and they make a stressful and expansive project come together seamlessly. Guillermo was our supervisor/builder and if you go with CCP request him! He’s phenomenal. He’s super responsive and always cool as a cucumber. I didn’t worry about our pool at all because I knew he had it handled. They’ve built all the pools on our street and I see why. Do yourself a favor and use them!

A great experience - from design to aftercare.With glowing recommendations from neighbors and friends, we didn’t hesitate to choose CCP. Gary brought our ideas to life in a design that we immediately loved. From dig to fill was around 5 weeks, all expertly project-managed by Guillermo with no delays between the various stages or services. They even took it in their stride when changed our minds about our waterline tile choice at the last minute! At every stage, the CCP team was very responsive and clearly cared about the customer service they provided. We’ve had a couple of minor snagging issues which they’ve been equally quick to resolve to our complete satisfaction. We’d have no hesitation in recommending CCP and we’re delighted with how our pool has turned out.

Our experience with Cypress Custom Pools has been amazing from beginning to present. We interviewed so many companies before choosing Cypress Custom Pools as this was our dream project and we wanted it to be perfect. The design, great product options, reviews, and price were all part of the decision of course, but our designer Leanna really won me over! The teams that worked on our project, the personal attention from the owner Brian, the communication with our project manager and designer, the quality of work, and the speed with finishing our project made this project so easy. We love our huge pool/hot tub, outdoor shower, and decking! We have also really appreciated the willingness to handle anything that needed attention even a year out from completion.

Gary provided outstanding service from the beginning design meeting throughout the whole project. Guillermo our project manager was outstanding as well making sure our project stayed on track and updated as each phase was completed. Overall, Outstanding customer service and products. From the outset, we had an exceptional experience working with the entire team. Gary provided an exceptional design and meticulously selected all materials. In addition to our pool and spa, they extended our covered patio. They efficiently handled all the necessary paperwork with the homeowners’ association and commenced the project promptly once approved. The entire project was completed within a single month. This was our first pool constructed, and they addressed all my concerns throughout the process. It has been approximately six months since the project was completed, and we are thoroughly satisfied with the outcome. Kyle provided comprehensive instructions on the pool equipment and the entire team, from the front office to the owner, has been responsive and a pleasure to collaborate with. If I were to construct another pool, I would undoubtedly utilize Cypress Custom Pools once again.

We purchased our pool, outdoor kitchen, patio and outdoor bathroom from Cypress Custom Pools approximately two years ago, and the experience has been absolutely first-class from the very first phone call. They were patient and thorough in ensuring the backyard design matched our vision, and they masterfully brought it to life. They successfully designed a pool that fit our awkwardly shaped yard in a way that makes our backyard feel like a custom home. Their communication and guidance throughout the entire process were truly A+.

What I appreciate most is not just their overall professionalism, but how they handle challenges. Anytime we raised a concern, they addressed it promptly and communicated clearly until the issue was resolved or we fully understood our options. Even two years after installation, when we encountered an issue, they went above and beyond to make it right.

After two years of use, our pool and kitchen still operate like day one and have held up through blazing hot summers, below-freezing temperatures, and plenty birthday parties. To say I would rate Cypress Custom Pools an A+ is an understatement. It’s rare that I speak this highly of a contractor, but they have truly earned our highest regard and continue to make us feel supported long after the project was completed.

Where to even start? This company has been around for a very long time and it’s because they are trustworthy and do a great job. With so many nightmare stories out there about pool builders, it was nice to know this company is solid. We had a particularly challenging situation with an oddly shaped yard and a significant easement. We needed drainage done, fences, turf, it was a true yard remodel, not just a pool project. We worked with Lauren who is incredibly knowledgeable and pleasant and arrived at a design we were very excited about despite the tight space. The project was fairly priced and what set them apart was the willingness to manage the whole project with other contractors which was absolutely critical due to the space restrictions. They worked very close to our home and set up the schedule so that it would be safe for our foundation. From start to finish it was just a few short months and the quality of work was fantastic. We got no pushback about replacing some stones we were concerned about in the coping and the tile work was meticulous. It is almost a year later and another aspect of this company that deserves a major shoutout is the after care and customer service. Kyle has taught us (well really my husband, I don’t involve myself in the pool beyond swimming) all about the maintenance and was available during every major weather event to tell us what to do to protect our pool. I will forever recommend this company to anyone looking to build a pool, so glad we chose them!

Santiago is extremely honest and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with his professionalism and courtesy. He stopped by for a free inspection of a spot in my shower ceiling and in the end recommended a low cost solution vs a more expensive / unnecessary option that others might recommend.

Santiago is a great guy and very knowledgeable. I have contacted him a few times regarding homes that my clients investors are interested in and get his professional opinion. He is able to assess homes that are not safe to show and give us a report, which is makes him a great partner in this business and you do not have to risks anyone’s health by going into moldy or extremely dirty environments. I highly recommend that you call him when in doubt about a property with mold or water damage. Do not run away from a potential good deal because of lack of information.

I engaged their services for duct cleaning. They were very thorough and communication with the owner, Santiago, was very good. They found some additional items that needed to be cleaned with the AC and they even came back when it was less convenient for them in order to do the job right. Our air is much cleaner now so I highly recommend them!

Honest help when we were worried after every heavy rain.

After every heavy rain, we noticed a leak coming through the ceiling of our main bathroom, and it was becoming very stressful not knowing how serious the damage might be. We contacted Santiago from PuroClean of Tomball, and he responded right away.

Santiago took the time to do a proper inspection, going up into the attic and using an infrared camera to really understand what was happening. He found a small wet area and clearly explained what it meant, giving us peace of mind instead of uncertainty.

Thanks to his assessment, we now have our roofer scheduled to repair the source of the leak, confident that we’re addressing the real issue and not guessing. Santiago was honest, thorough, and incredibly reassuring throughout the process.
