GB Builders just completed a remodel of three bathrooms, a media room, and upgrading of the flooring in our home. The job was completed in three months, on-time and within budget. The work is of the highest quality – our home is beautiful. GB Builders had a detailed schedule, manpower was on the job everyday in one area or another, supervision was present and overseeing any problem areas, and communication from the front office coordinator, the owner, and the foreman was frequent and appropriate. The trades (electrical, plumbing, drywall, etc.) were talented and experienced, which made the job move along well, in spite of the multiple unforeseen issues that arose once you opened up the walls. We cannot express how pleased we are with the work done here and the overall experience. As you can see from the pictures, the work is exquisite. We strongly recommend GB Builders for any building project you might have in mind. You will not be disappointed.

Suzette that answers the telephone is very helpful and professional. However, she has been trying to get someone to call me about the roof they installed since 12/29/2021. I have called four times this includes today, hopefully someone will call me back today.

AGS has been extremely responsive and reassuring to my needs. Charles Stump cares for his clients and goes out of his way to make sure they are taken care of. They are also law enforcement/veteran friendly!

I had roof damage during Harvey in 2017, with extensive water damage to the house. Quentin sent a crew over and was able to repair the damaged section of the roof within hours of my call. AGS was a lifesaver.

Hired A.G.S. for a small roof repair, they were very disorganized, terrible communication with worker to see what got done, had to call me 3 times to ask what was done. Paid half upfront, a month and half later, they still could not finish the job. Per contract, other half due at completion, did not complete job, but they want more money from me. No longer a customer, so sad a company is ok with flawing their reputation over $250.00.

This company has done my roof and remodeled my kitchen. They have very competent and capable people. Their work has always been exemplary and very efficient and economical.

Quentin Blanchard, AGS, did an exceptional job rebuilding our kitchen after the Houston’s February freeze, when we had several broken pipes. After our insurance company offered us a low-ball settlement, Quentin worked with a public adjuster to successfully get us FOUR times more settlement money to fully cover our extensive damage. Quentin also did an amazing job of delivering a beautiful new kitchen at a time when it was almost impossible to find competent workmen, immediately after the city-wide catastrophe. We are especially pleased with our new custom cabinetry which increased our storage space and looks gorgeous. In addition to carpentry and painting, Quentin’s crew installed new sheetrock, electrical work, and plumbing.

We just had a very large hail storm (golf ball sized hail). Bruce Rajan with AGS was at my door the next day asking me if he could inspect my roof. I was a little skeptical at first because I’ve always heard to stay with “local companies”. I agreed to let him look, and let me just tell you. From the minute he knocked on me door, until the last and final steps after my roof was done, I was treated like family. Bruce was at the phone night and day and answered every single one of my question no matter how silly they seemed to me. He explained absolutely every step in the process from inspection to completion of roof. (Which was a life saver being that I am a first time home owner with no experience in hail damage). He fought for as much money as they could possibly get to repair the damage that was done, and I hardly had to lift a finger to get anything accomplished. He handled everything. I got a completely new roof, and I couldn’t be happier. The crew that came out was courteous, professional, clean, and very efficient. Communication from AGS was outstanding, I always knew what to expect and what was going on. I don’t think I will ever use anybody else I was so impressed with them. Long story short call these guys and get them on your roof, they really know their stuff!! Thank you Bruce, and thank you AGS!

Hired AGS to replace my roof after a hail storm. Worked with Bruce Rajan and I have to say it was a great experience. He was very professional throughout the process, always answered the phone and provided exactly what he said he would. He handled all the details of filing the claim and getting the roof replaced. The crew that replaced the roof were like a machine. I have never seen anything like it. They got to he house at approximately 6:00 am and worked until dark. They completed the roof in one day! They had approximately eleven men working at all times and several were walking around the house picking up nails and cleaning up ever little piece of old roofing material. I have had two big rain storms since the roof was replaced and I went up into the attic of my house and garage and not a single drip. The roof looks great. The superintendent of the job was John Simpson and he was equally professional and also did a fantastic job from beginning to end. At one point I noticed a couple plants had been crushed so I mentioned it. John immediately had the crew place a piece of ply wood on the side where the plants were and within about thirty minutes I had two new plants to replace the crushed ones. They literally went to the nursery and bought the plants. Thanks Bruce, John and AGS. You are the best.

The AGS team that replaced my roof were incredibly proficient and did an amazing job not just with the demo, but the job, and cleanup. Bruce provides a level of professionalism and personal touch from the first time you shake his hand, through the tedious contract and invoice challenges, and the completion of the project and contract. Bruce goes beyond the extra mile, literally on some days if needed, to ensure all of your questions or concerns are addressed and solved. Bruce will sit with you as long as it takes until you completely understand anything that you do not understand. Bruce is a man you can place your trust in at AGS. Suzette provides a detailed level of professionalism and honesty and will walk you by hand if needed when discussing and figuring out the insurance claim side of things. Suzette walks you through the invoice step by step and line by line if you need clarification of any of it from how and what the insurance company covers and does not cover as well as costs and billing. Suzette will breakdown the numbers as long as it takes if something doesn’t make sense to you as well. Suzette and AGS will make sure you receive in full what insurance claims you rate. With Bruce and Suzette, as well as the team that completed my roof at AGS, the stressors from my insurance company and home lender were so much more manageable, and I could not be happier how quickly and efficiently my new roof came together.

I’d like to add I wrestled in the beginning due to the fact that this was my first time ever filing an insurance claim for home repairs. Every horror story you may have heard about insurance and lenders became reality for me. I almost backed out of the contract due to the level of overwhelming stress that came from them alone but, Bruce and Suzette displayed such a great deal of patience and encouragement that I was in good hands with AGS and that they would help me through it, and they did. Thank you Bruce and Suzette. Thank you Caryn and Matt as well. Thank you AGS.

AGS done a great job, they dealt with the insurance people and replaced the whole roof. They completed the job in just over a day. We had one minor problem a couple of months later which they fixed the next day after our call. I was recommended to them by a friend and would certainly recommend them to anyone. Thanks for a great job.

AGS did a good job in replacing my roof. They did it quickly and cleaned up afterward. It looked great. However, shortly afterward, we had a hard rain and my roof leaked into my bedroom through one of the vents which was not properly installed. I called AGS and they dispatched a couple of repair people right away. They inspected my roof and told me the vent was not done properly. They fixed the vent on the roof and sent a repair man to fix my ceiling in my bedroom. No problem since and the ceiling looks good.

Quentin and the AGS team did a wonderful job at my home. I was hit hard with the February Freeze and had multiple pipes burst as well as various other issues that needed to be addressed after recently purchasing the home. AGS took care of all of it from re-piping the house to bathroom/kitchen remodeling to AC/ducting repair to exterior drainage installation. You name it and they probably did it at my house. I would not hesitate to use them again.

AGS, provided me an outstanding roof. Best looking roof on the block! The first adjuster said my roof didn’t need replacing. Charles Stump made sure the second adjuster did a thorough job and received approval to replace the roof. AGS installed my new roof in one day. John Simpson answered all of my roofing questions and was onsite supervising his workers perform. Suzette Blevins help me understand billing and upgrades and was very helpful. AGS was great to work with and made the whole process simple and stress free. The quailty of work and professionalism is second to none. Would recommend them to anyone and will in the future. The clean up once complete was perfect and the roof looks amazing!

One day I was in the garage when Arul and Joel from AGS Roofing walked up the driveway commenting on the condition of my roof and asked if I considered replacing it. I said "Sure, but if you want to do it, you have two meet two challenges - #1 I won't pay a penny over my Deductible and #2 you'll have to deal with Allstate. The most notorious "anti-new roof" company in the business.
Arul and Joel took the challenge. Several weeks later after battling with Allstate and not afraid to get their hands dirty, we have a new roof. A very high quality CertainTeed roof installed by highly skilled professional crews and managed by an outstanding AGS office and field management team. I still look at the work and and can't believe what they accomplished and not a penny over my deductible. Kudos to Arul, Joel, John, Jacob and William for making this possible.
