Importantly they came with My Land Survey in hand ready to go. I love how they sat down with me and went through the process from beginning to end and answered all my questions without me double guessing myself I immediately knew I wanted them to do our pool they really care about what the customer wants and will not try to add things you don’t want on your wish list. They are perfectionist and will make sure each process is done to not only our standards but there’s and that’s something special. Ivan is a gem and will always reply back with any questions or concerns I have regarding Pool Equipment etc., Office Staff Brandi, Lisa and Diane are by far the sweetest yet honest individuals I’ve spoken to by phone via email or text and will always respond quickly also.

I’ve also referred my neighbor and a personal friend to OBP and they will also be getting their pools really soon. I always will recommend The OBP Family to anyone I know in the market.

Working with Randall Schmidt & Ocean Blue Pools was a "customers Delight." pertaining to selection of the project and production of the pool from start to finish.

Randall helped us to formulate the final plans for the renovation of our pool, by patiently making suggestions and verifying our own ideas of whether the plans were practical or not. He completely explained the construction project and timing for the completion of the pool. He started the job a week earlier than expected and completed the work a week earlier than originally expected.

All phases of the construction were done in a professional manner with a fine crew of gentlemen led by Fabio and his men.

Randall personally inspected the construction about three times per week, gave us ongoing updates on the work, and made any and all changes as needed or requested. He was an excellent advisor to us, and I always felt he had our best interest in mind. He personally came by the house on the morning of July 4th Holiday for a final inspection.

The final renovation turned out exactly as we had planned and the pool looks beautiful.

Ocean Blue Pools built our family pool almost a year ago. It has turned out great and we have made many memories already. I had 4 other companies bid our pool, and this is who I felt the most comfort with. There were issues that did come up through out the build and afterwards, but every time I did have an issue they did take care of it. That alone means a lot if you are looking for a company to work with.

In late 2019 we got quotes from three different pool builders. The first two were basically order takers taking everything we said and putting $ values together to provide us with a quote. As you would expect the $ value went over budget quickly.
During our meeting with Ocean Blue Pools we attempted to do the same thing, but this time we got a lot of questions during the design process. Very helpful questions that I believe helped us get exactly what we wanted at the end. Great design, little long term maintenance cost, fully usable pool area, patio, kitchen island w/ sink, pergola, oversize hot tub, beach entry into pool....
They saved us $ and we even got some features that we wouldn't have from the other pool contractors because of the savings on some design features.
They handled everything from permitting, to HOA approval, gas and electrical line relocation, etc. Great communication, no headaches, no stress, and a final product that everyone loves and enjoys on a daily basis. Year round!

Overall, we had an excellent experience with Ocean Blue! They were very responsive, and when it was time to start our pool, they were dedicated to getting it done in a timely manner. We have our very own paradise in our backyard! The pool is stunning and exactly what we were hoping for. We highly recommend using Ocean Blue!

Lisa and her team at Ocean Blue Pools are fantastic to work with! I have worked directly with Lisa on a number of high end pool projects as a designer and she is amazing. She is super responsive, highly informative, helpful, friendly and above all, professional. No detail is left to question. They are so thorough from the planning to the final stages of installation. Even post installation they are there to help with "pool school" and with ongoing advice for pool maintenance and troubleshooting. I would recommend them to anyone I know!

They built our pool last year and were great to work with. Communication with the owner and the office was excellent. I enjoyed working with them. Baron and his wife spent a long time at my house answering my many questions while some builders just want to get in and out as fast as they could. They were also great at adjusting to my many additions I made along the way: more decking, lighting, electrical outlets and more decking! If you’re thinking of building a pool, I would definitely give them a call.

Ocean Blue has been the best company to work with for my backyard projects. We have had a lot of contractors perform work in our backyard and Ocean Blue is the one that stands way above the rest. They were personally very involved throughout the entire process, and continuously addressed issues I was not even aware I had. They cared about us during the construction, and have provided fantastic support even after the project was completed. I still reach out to them with questions and I am still treated as if I was a new customer in the building process.

They were always responsive, always timely in getting to the next phase of the job and did quality work! Ocean Blue Pools, Inc. did an amazing job on the construction of our new pool. The quality and workmanship is top notch. From beginning to end they were responsive, friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with from designer, office staff, project and construction manager, and contractors/sub contractors. They were always available and were patient through the many design changes. I can't say enough about this company. I would highly recommend them on any of your pool/spa needs.

My wife and I had a pool installed this past summer. We received quotes from a number of pool companies but the above and beyond, tailored experienced we received from GM Lisa was head and shoulders above every other company. This experience carried through the design process as my wife and I were undecided on many aspects but Lisa did a phenomenal job showcasing all possibilities with our backyard. The A+ customer service continued through construction with a fantastic Project Manager in Ivan and great support from their office in Diane. Very responsive and answered every question thoroughly throughout the process. Absolutely recommend!

We have never owned a pool before. We started out with our backyard as a blank slate, and honestly we had a lot of ideas but not a solidified vision.

They listened to our ideas and helped craft a vision of what our backyard could be. They even broke down from a cost stand point what each additional component cost so that we could decide if it was worth it. We were able to really choose materials, colors and design options that we think gave us the best result.

They kept us informed of the process and build so there were no surprises. In less then six weeks we were swimming. They gave us 'pool school' and someone to help with the chemicals for the first month.

This is the first time we have gone through a build like this or been pool owners, and Ocean Blue was able to teach us what is involved and we were able to really make educated decisions which allowed this to feel like 'our pool'. It is perfect for our family.

Ocean Blue has made our backyard an oasis!

We had an awesome experience working with the OBPI team (Mike, Ivan, Lisa and Diane). Not only the final product was great, the service and support was par excellence. From the quote to project completion the whole team works in sync with you on updates, changes and additional 3rd party work. Thanks you OBPI team.

We used Ocean Blue to build our pool this year. Initially, they were very responsive - pool built very quickly, great service and communication. After we paid the final installment prior to decking, they were a completely different company. The subcontractor Century Concrete came out to put stamped concrete with acrylic overlay and immediately after the job was done, it rained. The seal didn't seem to take, and we emailed Ocean Blue immediately with our concerns. The decking was splotchy with water stains and cracking all over. Over the course of the next 3 months, we went back and forth with trying to get someone out to look at our deck and fix it. Finally 3 months later, they sent another decking company to come look at the deck, and they agreed that the job was done poorly. Ocean Blue has not been responsive to our concerns. We finally gave up and asked them to just finish sealing the mastic on the expansion joints - 4 months after the deck was done - and when the crew came out, Ocean Blue asked us to pay $250 extra to do the job they should have done in the first place!! They tried to claim that they never told us they would replace this foam with mastic. Their communication is awful. Buyer beware. Do not pay your final installment until the job is done. Even better, stay away from this company.

Ocean Blue Pools did exactly what they said they would do throughout the process. In addition they kept us informed of any changes that needed to be addressed and they were outstanding in working with us to ensure the cost increases were kept within a reasonable amount. Ivan did a great job of managing the overall project and was great at teaching us how to use the equipment and starting up the pool. Attached is a photo of what Lisa created during the design phase and a photo of what the finished pool looks like. From designing the pool to the final bag of salt...Ocean Blue Pools did a great job!
