First of all, I want to a huge thanks to Kurt and Jeff with Magnolia Custom Pools!!! Prior to working with Kurt, I had three separate contractors estimate the build out of my patio. None of them made us feel comfortable enough to trust them with this project. Upon meeting with Kurt, his professionalism and expertise made a great impression on me and I felt that him and his team were right for the job. What can I say, I couldn’t be happier with the way our patio turned out, I love it!! Kurt and his team were amazing!! They were professional, punctual, quick and efficient. So happy I went with Magnolia Custom Pools. The backyard of my new house was awful. Doug not only worked with me on pool design but ultimately helped me remodel the whole thing. I appreciated, as a single mom, that they offered contractor suggestions to do the extras not covered under the contract. They coordinated everything between everyone. It was a dream compared to so many of my friends experiences. Of course, there were hiccups (electrical lines run through the yard!) but they handled everything with a calm and an ease that made everything so manageable. I also put in a basketball court, french doors from my bedroom where windows used to be, and installed a covered patio. No way I would have done this with anyone else. I’ve recommended them multiple times and will continue to do so. We LOVE our backyard!

Doug and Tessa were professional, communicative and a pleasure to work with. The product that they produced was absolutely incredible! We have a small back yard to work with but they absolutely maximized our space. In addition, we had a small issue that needed to be addressed after construction and they jumped right on it. I highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend Magnolia Custom Pools. Kurt and Jeff delivered our pool ahead of schedule and it turned out better than I could have imagined. They went out of their way to ensure proper drainage, that we got the exact travertine we wanted and all of our landscaping and irrigation was completed to our complete satisfaction. They were easy to work with and have been great at answering questions even after the job was completed. We love it!

These guys knock it out of the park every time we use them. they have helped us with a bunch of stuff around the house that we knew was not a DIY project. Not only are the prices lower than the other bids i got but i can say i really feel comfortable with their crew in my home and around my family. Trustworthy fair guys. 10/10

I rarely post reviews, but I feel I must this time. The service I received from American Integrity Contracting exceeded my expectations. I had a small job done, replaced missing siding. I had talked to a couple of others contractors who wanted to replace the whole section, but I wanted to replace just the missing siding pieces. One even said it was not possible and the only option was to patch it with something similar!
Not AIC. They replaced the missing siding with original siding type and matched the color to look as the existing siding! Customer service was also grate and pleasant. Keep up the excelente work Travis!

we have issues this year. started with a roof leak. Called Travis sent someone out, they fixed the leak, and repaired the drywall inside. He painted it and when it dried. Travis wanted more work done, to make it look spot on. Came back out once dried and it is just perfect, can not tell it was not always there. I thought it looked ok, but Travis said, not perfect and he made it so. Great workers.

They not only restored my ductwork but they restored my faith in humanity. Bless you

I called for an estimate because a pipe burst in my garage and I need to file a claim. I explained that I was able to get the water off before it flooded the house. The rep said that they are swamped and focusing on houses that are actually flooded and he can get me on schedule next week. I said okay what is the soonest. He said it is going to be a while, like that was an answer. So basically if you are not top on their priority list, they don't care. I'm over here without water. I was willing to wait but to not even lock in a date was not professional nor empathetic to my situation.

Needless to say when my insurance company does cut my check, it won't go to this company

We just have an excellent experience with Blackhill Restoration. Very professional people with great skills responding in a timely manner. Max Doss and his team work is outstanding. we 100% recommend them.

Awoke to disgusting backflow of clogged sewer line in basement utility room. Immediately called several “cleanup” companies who stated they would have someone contact me ASAP. Blackhill Restoration was the first to respond within 30 minutes and at my home 2 hours later. (Still waiting for a call back from one company)!
Derek and Chris from Blackhill Restoration/Springfirld MO arrived in uniform, in company van, Covid compliant wearing masks. They were professional, estimate very reasonable and, most gratefully, they came prepared to perform cleanup immediately. They worked meticulously, careful not to track microorganisms by judiciously using shoe covers, cleaned and disinfected each item removed from room and thoroughly washed and disinfected the floors. Beyond grateful! Derek and Chris took the sting out of a horrible experience. I whole heartedly recommend Blackhill Restoration without reservation.

Blackhill was such a blessing to our family in a trying time after receiving storm damage to our home.
