Constraction reviews in Tomball, Texas

Southern quality construction LLC did an excellent job on our restaurants restroom and definitely recommend them for anyone looking to remodel their home or business!!

Absolutely disappointed. With such high reviews and friendly staff, what we ended up with was a disorganization disasterpiece. The Project Manager and his crew were given very specific directions on what we wanted, but it took weeks for them to finally start and still get half what we signed a contract for, the other half was just wrong. And we planned to hire them again for several more projects… but not any more.

They used the same excuse that they lost or couldn’t find the job specifics, so they couldn’t even begin the next projects we needed quotes on, because again, they took zero notes, and kept no file on us as clients. Even as they were actively working on projects for us!

I finally told them we would be going with another company after that… our entire experience was like a messed up children’s game of telephone, rather than working with professionals.

So no, I don’t recommend them, and will be looking for another company to finish the other several home projects we requested quotes on… but never got.

Don’t waste your time with them unless you have all the time in the world and don’t mind getting a finished job that didn’t meet what you were quoted.

I had the pleasure of working with Mason on behalf of my real estate clients on a home in The Woodlands, he was very fair, honest and communicative. I would highly recommend requesting his services personally. My clients were satisfied with the work and I would refer this business for other jobs on behalf of my clients.

There aren't enough stars to do this company justice. Every aspect of the process was seamless and exceptional.
Brandon responded to my request for an estimate to repair a roof leak within an hour. He sent a crew and personally came to inspect the roof. It had to be replaced; no question. A long crack in the stucco was evident, and he worked that repair into the quote. The quote itemized all work to be done and described materials to be used plus the warranty on the shingles. My brother does remodeling and was impressed. The estimate was reasonable. Southern caulked the damaged roof until weather permitted replacement. He arranged everything to work around my schedule. Brandon inspected the work throughout and holds his employees to a high standard.
Southern isn't just a roofing company. They remodel/repair any issue related to the house. They aren't trying to find problems. I had concerns about a TPO flooring on the deck, and Brandon gave me his professional opinion. It's obvious that he puts the customer first and takes pride in both a job well done and customer satisfaction. I can't overestimate Brandon's integrity.
This company is a rare gem in this day and time. I would hire them again for any house repairs or remodeling. I highly recommend them.
It's a pleasure to write this review; they earned it!

Excellent

Parks like an idiot blocking my car in. So if i wanted to leave i couldn’t. Be more considerate when you own a company.

Thank you /

John & his team Quality ,beautiful creative work at a reasonable price. I love them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

John and his team were super helpful getting our new roof and helping us navigate our insurance company.

What truly sets John apart is his commitment to customer satisfaction. He was attentive to my questions and concerns, and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the final result. It's clear he takes pride in his work and cares about customers.

I highly recommend John McDonald to anyone in need of roofing services. He exceeded my expectations in every way, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

The last part of our agreed on job was gutters. After we did cement for section of driveway and patio, patio cover built and roof redone. Never got back to us for the gutters after several messages sent. Had to set appointments, get estimates and hire someone myself. That's the contractor's job. Will NOT go forward with MacDonald Construction with my kitchen and bathroom remodels. Looking for a better contractor.

We Keep up the good work Major Farina! Cheers!

Clean, efficient, great attention to detail. Very professional. Worth the wait.

Small project, changed electrical overhead to underground, but was managed well with good communication at a fair price.

Highly recommend Marjor Farina for attic insulation replacement. Excellent work, very clean, and honest people. Great experience from start to finish.

We recently had our roof replaced and had a great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, organized, and very responsive throughout the process.

They clearly explained the scope of work, used quality materials like GAF Timberline HDZ shingles, and completed the job efficiently while keeping the site clean and safe. The crew worked hard and paid attention to detail, which gave us confidence in the final result.

Overall, the process was smooth, transparent, and well-managed. We’re very satisfied with the outcome and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company.

Excellent team of highly professional and experienced builders, roofers and plumbers. I have used them for all these services and have been extremely satisfied with the work.

They replaced my roof and the roof looks great, but what stood out was their customer service. They were very careful not to damage any of my plants, even covered them with tarps. They cleaned up better than any contractor I've ever had at my house, and when I found a couple nails in the stone (easy for nails to get hidden in), they went over the area two more times to make sure there weren't any more. They encouraged me to tell me if there was anything that I wasn't 100% satisfied with, and more importantly, they actually listened to any concerns I had (which was only about the found nails) and they quickly addressed them.

Our custom built shelves with cabinets below & lighting are stunning. Before construction a design was suggested and the finished product looked exactly like the design. I couldn’t be more pleased with the work done. The assembling of the cabinets was flawless - measurements were perfect. The cabinets look as if they were originally built. The paint and crown molding match perfectly.
Thank you for making a dream come true & space to display family photos and our grandson’s artwork.

Timely response! They work very clean!

Very professional job!
