This was our first major project at our home and we received quotes from multiple companies before deciding to go with JLC. We are super pleased with the results. Aaron was always available to answer all of our questions (we had a lot) and kept us informed on what to expect next in the process from beginning to end. The patio turned out better than we expected! We are already planning our next project and JLC will be our first call!

I introduced Jordan to my mother in law for a barndominiun build out, and I'm so happy I did! His design and work are so beautiful!!

They were the definition of professional, their service met all of my expectations. They installed sod for us, got us the best price and graded our yard perfectly.

Contractor didn't listen to directions very well... Asked him to cut concrete to install the beam into the ground and concrete it in. Also asked him to leave beans 12" higher than the roof, didn't follow directions. Fence work went well, forgot to nail in a few boards, no biggie... Asked numerous times for additional quotes for other house work, he claims to have lost his paperwork, quotes took weeks to receive... Highly unorganized, would not recommend!!!

Jordan and his team and true professionals. I had them do 2 projects. My closet and do a facelift on pool. I’m very satisfied with both and show them off every chance I get to family and friends. I have some other projects in the future I will be reaching out to them for. Definitely a satisfied customer!

If you're looking for a company that follows through on communication and promises, keep looking. Spent hours of personal time traveling to their office and their preferred vendors to pick out materials to never hear from them again. No bid as promised, no follow up, no nothing.

Our project manager Trent was extremely pleasant and helpful. We got a patio built from them; he and the team did a great job getting the work completed despite weather turbulence.

About a year ago, we had Jordan and his crew replace our roof and do a roof extension over the patio. The quality of the work was fantastic. I would use them again for any work I needed done and recommend them highly.

It's rare at this moment for people in the construction and trades business to show up on time, to communicate clearly, to come through with accurate information, but at every step of the process the people involved with Southern quality construction did so. The main person who worked on this project was Mitchell who was chill but really hyper focused about detail, aesthetics, and finding solutions to small product problems!
I could not recommend them more highly. I will absolutely use them in the future. I used timber tech decking material, and they had looked up all the requirements to keep the warranty intact before arriving. Use this company! 😊
