Constraction reviews in Tomball, Texas

We are so happy with our pool. My main concern after the build was the warranty work; it’s why we scratched another builder off our list. Rest assured, this company follows up and actually found things on their own to repair (cosmetic) without me mentioning it. Well after the pool is paid for- they are quick to respond and follow up. We are happy with this investment and process. I will say it’s hard to look at your yard a mess during the build, but trust the process! Worth it.

If I could give more stars I would. OBP helped me build my very first pool so my anxiety was high. I spoke with eight different builders and Ocean Blue Pools stood out far above the rest. From the beginning with excellent design and planning help and all the way through the building process they have been so helpful and communicative. Any questions I had were answered quickly. The design I planned was executed perfectly and the results were beautiful. Thank you so much OBP!! You all are amazing.

We had another great experience working with GB General Contractors. We’ve worked with them on many occasions over the years, and they continue to be an excellent partner every time. As usual it was a very smooth and seamless process. A key issue for us is correct framing, which they nail on a consistent basis. Every time they call, we look forward to working with them.

A contractor company that you can trust

this reviews is purely based on customer service. didn't do the work i needed but pointed me in a good direction and gave some of his time even though he knew he wouldn't be doing work for me. highly appreciated.

Company has been in business since 1979 so you know they must be doing something right! Professional and knowledgeable project manager answered my questions. Work performed was completed ahead of schedule!

Able to handle large projects that others wouldn't tackle. Great communication and attention to detail is top notch. Use them exclusively now for small projects as well, as they make it easy for us to get quality work done and on time.

GB did an awesome job on an addition, detatached garage, and outdoor kitchen for us. They are family run and operated. Being our first tim to take on a major construction project like this they walked us through every step of the way. Would highly recommend!

GE restoration highly recommends GB general contractors. I know their work and work ethic personally and the extensive list of successful projects attests to their professionalism. Definitely check them out for your next renovation.

Great experience with Gil and GB. They communicate well and job was completed in a timely manner. Carrie was also great and very professional. Will use them again for future projects!

I could not have asked for a better contractor! Solid, full of integrity, honest, smart and incredible skill. Gil was so friendly and flexible. So grateful to them in repairing our house quickly, cleanly and efficiently. Our home was blessed with their work.

We purchased our current home knowing we would want to redo the master bath. I had a very good friend who was a remodeler and extremely active in the remodeler’s council. As he had moved to another state, I asked for a recommendation. He wholeheartedly recommended GB Builders. His comment was they are quality people and stand behind their work.

From our initial meeting with Ryan we were extremely impressed. We had invited another company to give us a proposal and the level of communication and professionalism was night and day different with GB. I knew we were going to be in good hands.

The communication from Ryan and his assistant at the office, Carrie, was amazing. I knew on a daily basis what was going to happen. If they had questions they reached out immediately and, I, likewise, was able to do the same receiving a response within a matter of minutes. I was never left hanging or wondering.

Given that we started the project right at Thanksgiving and worked through Christmas, there were some known time challenges to be expected. Subtract the holidays and the project was completed timely and efficiently. Ryan presented us with a scope of work and budget and never steered away from our agreed plans and specifications. There were never any over charges or asking for more money.

The work was carefully and skillfully performed. We never asked that anything be redone or ever needed to question workmanship.

I would definitely, and have already done so, recommend GB Builders to family, friends, and friends of friends.

I've known Gil Boyles, GB General Contractors, Inc., through his leadership roles at GHBA. Our 501c3, Operation FINALLY HOME, assists Military Veterans, First Responders, and their Widows by funding their home repairs and modifications to allow them to live more comfortably in their home. When I had project within Gil's trade area I contacted him right away. The same day he called me and in no time the site was inspected, estimates provided, and we were signing contracts. I was kept updated on the status of the job and it was completed on time and on budget. The workmanship was excellent, workers were polite and respectful of the homeowner's property and privacy as they worked with her living at home. I had high expectations due to what I knew about Gil and GB General Contractors and I was still very impressed. I completely trust and highly recommend GB Contractors to friends, family, and definitely intend to use them on my next Veterans project. Our Military Veterans and First Responders deserve our very best...GB General Contractors, Inc.

GB did an outstanding job of renovating 4 of our lobby restrooms to restore us after Harvey. Their work was very detailed and of very high quality. They finished the project on time and within the budget we had set. Our congregation continues to comment about how good the restrooms look. Couldn't be happier!

GB Contractors renovated 2 bathrooms as well as the kitchen in my 1970’s-era home and I was well pleased. I found I could rely on what they said they would do, which is a rare and valuable quality. The work was always excellent, and their attention to detail was exceptional. I recommend them without reservation.

GB was amazing to work with on our bathroom remodel that was expanded mid-project to include the closet and bedroom. Ryan and Carrie were responsive to our questions, kept us informed throughout the project, and managed things so that we had minimal downtime between phases. We will definitely use them again.

My home is older. I needed a kitchen facelift. . I absolutely love my kitchen. It exactly what I wanted. I finally have a country feel in Houston. ♥️

I was totally impressed and satisfied with a significant remodel (halls, master bath, porch) that GB Contractors did for me. The assistance with design, the daily communication, the various tradesmen, and project management were flawless. They also bring additional value, which is their deep experience with designing and building homes adapted for people with physical disabilities. My wife and I will enjoy our home for many more years thanks to their work.

I used GB Contractors years ago building a patio and garage. So when I needed a contractor again naturally I thought of them. This time I had a complete bathroom remodel done. They are extremely a "satisfaction" company. They go the extra mile to get you what you want. Project was completed in a timely manner and on the budget requested. The quality of work is impeccable! I love my bathroom and recommend GB Construction for whatever your construction needs are.

GB Builders went above and beyond with the addition on our home! Between Ryan, Gil, and Carrie, there was always constant communication about project status and updates. Their crews were always polite and respectful. The addition of our home office and laundry room were completely seamless and blended in perfectly with the rest of the house. The team at GB Builders were able to match every last detail, from the doors to the floor to the locks. I cannot express how amazing they have been throughout the entire process!
