I had a great experience working with AGS Roofing, LLC. They did an excellent job replacing my roof—efficient, professional, and high-quality workmanship from start to finish.

Not only that, but when my washing machine unexpectedly overflowed, Quentin and his team responded quickly. They arrived promptly to assess the damage, removed the water, and set up industrial fans to begin the drying process right away.

While Quentin was on-site, I called my insurance company, and he was able to coordinate directly with the adjuster by setting up a time to meet them at my home. His guidance and quick action helped reduce the stress of an already overwhelming situation.

Danielle the owner of The W Home came to my rescue, I was so totally overwhelmed with all of the decisions that had to be made with all of the things that had to be picked out and decided on.
She helped me with picking out my cabinets, quartz site, tile, wood floors, paint, plumbing fixtures, lighting, mirrors, cabinet knobs, really everything you need to build a custom home.
With me trying to do my job and then picking out things it was to much for me to handle.
I can't thank her enough for all she has done for myself and my husband.

Danielle with The W Home is a rare gem who we were fortunate to have been introduced to in the early stages of our renovation process. Her knowledge, experience, communication and responsiveness far exceeded our expectations. She was instrumental in helping us make key selections for our project that achieved our goals visually and functionally without breaking the bank. We enjoyed every moment of collaboration with her and are beyond grateful for everything she did to help make our dream master suite a reality. We love Danielle’s design choices, and how they integrate so well with the existing colors in the house. We appreciate her advice on the floor color and the master bathroom details, also, which were not a part of the agreement.

I can’t tell you how many times we have looked at the new colors and materials and realized that we would never have known what to choose that would work so well together. Then we gloat about what a good thing it was that we had her help.

This bathroom was a “to the studs gut job” so the project required design vision. We dramatically altered the layout by moving the shower and sink locations, and also removing the unused tub. We could not be happier with the end result - so much more functional overall. Danielle was unequivocal with her design recommendations without being overbearing, and once she got to know our style the decisions we had to make became easy.

Cypress Custom Pools does beautiful work! They addressed any concerns along the way. They answered all our questions without fail and stayed on track diligently.

Called on 3/20/17 to schedule someone to come out to give me an estimate. Hope came out and said to give her about 2 weeks to give us a number. After 4 weeks I called around 9 AM and was told Hope was in a meeting and she'd call me when she got out. I called again at 2 PM and told them not to worry about calling me back. If this is how their customer service is, I'd rather not work with them.

Glad we went with Cypress Custom Pools, no complaints at all. Honestly one of the least frustrating construction projects we’ve ever done. So happy with our pool-ready for some warmer weather!

We have worked with them on 3 different occasions. Each time they have friendly honest and fair. a true Texas company. In the end each time the results are amazing.
