Randall was fixed an easy problem quickly. He is honest and takes time to explain what’s going on. (We are in a new home and are unfamiliar with its workings.) Highly recommend and will definitely be calling him again.

A broken Duraflame space heater wall outlet prong had broken search for different electrical contractors in my area found a few but would not return my call unable to leave a message or company was no longer in business. So, I continued to search because I was hoping to find a contractor in my area because I did not want to continue to not be able to use my space heater again this year. So RHK reached out to me, and I was sooooo grateful and he immediately schedule to have my space heater repaired on his work site, I just want to say thank you for your time and interested on being concerned with such a small repair.

They planned our complicated job and got to work. They waited on standby for Centerpoint and coordinated well to ensure our job was complete that day, power fully restored, all the while a winter storm and terrible weather was rolling in. Past project: Had his company out to completely rewire electricals on our (pool builder installed) pergola and bring it to code. Guys were very professional and extremely knowledgable.

Today's project: Had him/his company out to check voltages on microwave and built in wall oven wiring to ensure they were correct before having new appliances installed. We are set!!!

Future projects: Will def be reaching out to him when we are ready to have ceiling fan and 4 canned lights installed in the work shop area in our garage; as well as running electrical wiring and installing outlet in the water closet for new japanese inspired bidet toilet. : )

This Electric company and Technician have the best service and professional technician name Robert Viema. This Technician was knowledgeable and professional with his craft. He showed up and time and took care of business. I highly recommend this guy and company. He installed three beautiful ceiling fans and three pendant lights.

I had a great electrician from Mr. Electric today who worked so hard at replacing all switches and plugs. He worked from 9-7pm with only 2 very short breaks. William walked me through the problems to be addressed and worked with me on the cost. He is extremely knowledgable about what was going to be done. He is quite professional in every way. There was a lot of work and he cleaned up after the job. He is a very congenial and personable. I am totally satisfied with all the work. I highly recommend this electrician for all work.

Zack was great explained everything that needed to be done. Showed me pictures of before and after the work was done. Answered all my questions. Very nice and polite asked me if I had any other questions. He replaced 5 fire detectors and grounding.
Will be asking for Zack when we need some of the other work done.

Second great experience with Mr. Electric. Called them Friday. They were able to come out Saturday with no extra fee! Had a 10-2 window. They called and said tech could be there by 3:00 if we would still be available. We were. Greatly appreciate the update and the professionalism. I knew when it was our turn we’d get the same service the people before us received. Which we did! Iziac had to go to three different places to get the part we needed, but he did and fixed our issue quickly. He was a real pro! Next time however, and there’s always a next time, we will be first in line instead of third because we signed up for their membership option. Crazy cost effective. It’s a ‘fast pass’ for excellent service and quality work!
