They did a wonderful job for me! I messaged them online asking about getting 2 outdoor outlets on my front porch. Within 30 minutes they called me and within 2 hours they were here to look at things and give me a quote. The next week they did the job.

Robert was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He resolved our electrical issue of mystery light flickering in one of our bedrooms, as well as a couple of other issues. He took time to explain everything well, answer questions, and show us what was causing the problems.

Zack and Pablo were great and professional. Zack was patient as we discussed the process and also while I called other companies to get quotes he stayed to make sure I asked the proper questions. His professionalism was what I look for in companies. Pablo came in and assisted on the project and showed great professionalism as well when he came in later in the day. Would definitely have them both at our home again to complete any work needed!

Travis did an excellent job for me. He fixed my immediate problem, but also explained in great detail the other problems that I might face in the future. He applied no undue persuasion to get me to sign up for those services at this time -- simply accepted my decision to wait a few months on those. He is friendly, informative, and thorough.

I had lost power in half the house due to a worn-out ancient fire hazard of a load center with melty breakers. Mr. Electric called me 20 seconds after I submitted my request on HomeAdvisor! They sent an electrician, Nezir, within 2 hours, and he was able to install a new up-to-code load center at 9am the following morning. Power restored in 4 hours! I cannot say enough about Nezir, his expertise and professionalism, his friendless, and his ample patience with nosy know-it-all DIYers like myself. Well done. Customer for life. I gave Nathan a 5 star because he was on time did a great job took the time to explain every thing to me before installing a 50 ampbreaker and interlock and inlet plug and 2 surge protector switches. He was also concerned about the safety of my home and recommended a ground rod.He took the time to make sure he was doing everything right and professional I would highly recommend Nathan for any job to friends neighbors and family. He is a hard woking nice young man. He even moved my generator just because I asked him. Thank you Mr. Electric for sending Nathan to do my job!

The electrician that came out named Josh came out to replace my electric box. When I tell you the professionalism and integrity he provided was beyond amazing. Mr. Electric of NW Houston is simply the BEST company and their electrician, Mason Vaughn is ABOVE and BEYOND GOOD at his job! This is the second time in 1 year that I have had this company to my home to install multiple ceiling fans, light fixtures, dimmer switches, etc. On time, professional, courteous, SO knowledgeable, efficient, clean, excellent communication, fair pricing and quoting - even the dispatchers/schedulers are helpful and courteous and efficient! Zack was very personable. My doorbell did not work. Zack located and repaired the line from the door to chime. He also showed me doorbell's so I could choose one that I liked and installed the doorbell. The cost was reasonable for the work he did.

We had an excellent experience with William. He was very professional and answered every single question we had. He was on time and gave us a step by step process on how to use the new system he installed for our generator transfer switch. Everything he said in our initial quote was exactly how it happened. He did excellent work. All wires were neatly tucked and breakers labeled. If you decide to call Mr.Electric, I highly recommend William.

I needed to have a bathroom exhaust fan replaced in my home after it stopped working. So I called Mr. Electric to get an estimate. They sent someone out to my house the next day to give me a free quote. Mason, the electrician showed up on time and ready to go to work. He explained what he needed to do to fix it and how long it would take. He was true to his word and did an excellent job. He suggested I get a whole home surge protector installed in my circuit breaker box since my 20 year old home didn’t come with one and it was now a code requirement. I agreed to have him install it and I’m very happy with the result. Mason was extremely helpful and friendly. He showed his professionalism through the entire process. I highly recommend Mr. Electric of Northwest Houston!

Zack did a great job installing ceiling light fixtures and dimmer switches in our home. He also provided excellent expert advice on the best lighting for our kitchen. We plan to hire Zack again in the future to install recessed lighting in our kitchen.

Isaac gave us a very competitive quote to replace two exhaust fans, install two humidity control switches for the fans, install a whole-house circuit breaker, replace a bad circuit breaker, and replace a ground rod. We accepted the quote and Isaac completed the work. He was very professional and courteous and we will definitely use the company and Isaac in the future.

Our technician, Doug, truly went above and beyond. He has an amazing work ethic and completed the job in a timely manner while remaining professional, respectful, and very clean throughout the entire project. We couldn’t be more pleased with his work and dedication.

Mr Electric were so quick to address our issues and give a fair estimate and immediately start the work. Corey was our technician and not only was he friendly and professional, but he went above and beyond anything that we could have expected. He ran into many issues, but stayed calm and focused and took care of each issue without us even being aware of it.
I would highly recommend this company and if you’re lucky enough to have Corey as your technician……then consider yourself blessed.

Zack from Mr Electric has delivered two separate jobs for me with professionalism, confidence and always a good job done. Mr Electric has highly qualified electricians and they take their results seriously. I will definitely call them the next time I need electrical work.

I called Mr. Electric for another job - I added four puck lights to a room and two electric outlets for a speaker upgrade. I requested Zack and they sent him out the same day. He completed both jobs perfectly and left the area clean. Call Mr Electric and request Zack. 👍😎
