Corey did a fantastic job with some electrical work at my new home. He installed new boxes and pendants with a dimmer switch over my kitchen island, taking the time to measure, space, and place the boxes perfectly. He also took down a ceiling fan and installed a large "wagon wheel" chandelier in the living room. That wasn't for the faint of heart, but Corey handled it with ease! He took the extra steps to protect my furniture, countertops, and flooring, leaving absolutely no mess behind, which I not only noticed but also very much appreciated. He is friendly and professional and does fantastic work! Thanks so much, Corey!

Travis did an amazing job. Right before turkey day the oven goes out. I called for a repair but the Sears guy said it was an issue with the wiring in the house and he couldn't fix it. Travis came to save the day. He got it fixed right away and found some other issues that would keep us from passing an inspection when we go to sell the house next year. I would recommend everyone use them. Very professional, nice, and understanding.

Josh and Edgar came out to install 4 fans. They did a safety check before they started and noticed a few issues. They were able to install the fans and fix the issues for us. They were knowledgeable, thorough and very courteous. The job was well done and we are very happy with all they did. We will definitely use them again.

Just got a home in Spring I needed several updates on. Had Edgar and then William come by to help. I’ve used Mr. Electric in the past because of their incredible customer service and Edgar and William really showed that is still the case. I had a fantastic experience with Iziac and Paulo from Mr. Electric. Both were punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Iziac took the time to clearly explain the work being done and made sure everything was handled safely and neatly. William and his assistant Roger were fabulous. We had a big problem that needed a lot of work. William explained what we needed, it was extensive. He immediately got the project started that day. He and Roger worked throughout the day, into the evening to complete the work. Along the way, William explained everything, very thorough. They troubleshooted additional problems along the way and solved each one. Very professional and informational. And while it was a costly job that was needed, they made our old house safe again and still saved us money. We could not be more pleased. Thanks so much to Mr. Electric for sending William and his apprentice Roger to our rescue.

Zach did a wonderful job replacing all the outlets and switches throughout my whole house along with 3 light fixtures and a breaker that was hanging on by a thread. Excellent communication and fair pricing. Definitely worth the value!!!! It took him the entire day, but he kept a good attitude throughout and made sure I was happy with the work at the end of the day! I'll definitely be calling Zach from Mr. Electric out for my next project.

Great price and excellent service. Houston Equipment Repair didn't try to push things I didn't need and they were fast. Others had months for lead times but they had mine installed the next week. The installers were great, fast and knowledgeable.

Awesome experience dealing with Houston Equipment Repair on installation of whole house generator. Although it took about five months from signing a contract to actual install date due to backlogs caused by Hurricane in July, the installation was completed on date promised despite 19-degree weather. The install crew was promptly at work by 7:00 a.m., completed the project by 11:00 and left all work areas as clean as they found them. Highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with Houston Equipment Repair. They were able to get our generator up and running. It is an older model and we kept having to jump through hoops and it would not work. They spent a couple hours and got it fixed with new spark plugs. Grateful for honest hard work. We will continue using them in the future.
