Great company to deal with. They installed my Generac 2 years ago. I subscribe to the annual maintenance and they show up when promised and did everything without me even having to be home and would you believe they even cleaned and waxed my generator enclosure.

Can’t recommend them enough. We had them install the whole home hook up for our portable generator and also soft starts for both of our ac units. Brian and Dillon arrived at our house 30 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. Installation was quick and they went over everything with me before they left. Before I bought the generator, I called Reed and he explained everything to me and let me know that the generator I was looking at would be just fine for the whole home. After I made the appointment, Reed answered a few more questions before the install date. Brittney was super quick at setting everything up and keeping me updated on everything.

Today HER provided 5 star plus service (recalibrated valves and polished external cover) in addition to all of the annual generations requirements.
