Electrical reviews in Tomball, Texas

I would highly recommend this company. They look for the problem and only repair what is needed. They don't push anything and explain how he is finding the issue. Quick and efficient

Prompt service, timely, considerate, good job, reasonable quote and policy.

Prompt and amazing work! Definitely call them for any job small or big!

Jordan was quick to answer the phone and come to help us. He also helped us solve our problem quickly. I was very happy with his service.

Jordan was very professional and informative. I like how down to earth he is and personable.

Great communication. Very timely. Quality workmanship. I’ll call them for future electrical needs.

Jordan came and took a look at things, giving me experience advice, in my interest not his. He could've tried to upsell me but he was as honest as could be explaining my options. Thanks Jordan!!

Very professional all the way around. Work is amazing and his communication with you is on point. I have used him on several occasions and have never been disappointed. Class act and very easy to work with.

Such a great electrician! so nice, personable, and able to explain everything. Priced so fairly - It felt like a friend came over to help us out. Couldn't recommend more

They were fantastic! Very great at explaining the problem, giving a clear and concise solution, being early (when does that ever happen) and very thorough in their work. I will definitely use them again if the need arises!

ARK came out today to help with a breaker issue...diagnosed and fixed the problem. Awesome customer service and reasonable prices. Looking forward to having them come out and installing more electrical in my garage...ua'll give em a shout!!!Thank you!!

Ark electric is the go to source for all of our electrical work needs. Consistently on time, with great pricing and high quality work. There is no one else I would rather use then Ark.

Jordan and his team are top notch. We needed a stand-by generator installed. His communication was outstanding throughout the process and the install was very clean.

The technician Alfonso showed up on time and did a great job. He explained everything he did and left the area clean. I definitely recommend!

This is the electrician you want to call if you are in northwest Harris or Montgomery counties. He does excellent work for a reasonable price. He is extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly - responsive. Jordan should be the electrician you call FIRST!

I was pleased with every aspect of my experience with Ark Electrical. They were professional, punctual, efficient, and completed the job as promised. I cannot recommend Ark Electrical enough and will continue to give them my future business.

I just had a generator installed at my house by Jordan and his team and cannot say enough great things about this company. Great communication and very professional!!!

If all tradesmen had as much work ethic, honesty, knowledge, and care for customer service as Jordan, consumers wouldn’t need to check reviews. If you’re looking for an electrician, stop looking and call Jordan. He’s a great hard-working small business owner. If I’m ever in need of an electrician again; he’s the only number on the list.

This is my second time using ARK and once again they exceeded my expectations. They listened, identified my issue, offered a quick solution and jumped on it right away. The field techs. arrived ahead of schedule and treated my home as if it was their own. I couldn't be any more satisfied. Use them with 100% confidence.

ARK Electrical Services does exceptional work! Very knowledgeable, efficient and extremely friendly! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Our home had some very unique electrical issues that caused some indoor lighting issues (our house is 40 years old). Jordan was very knowledgable and was able to diagnose, repair, and replace our recessed lighting in less than a day. Parts and labor were very fair as well.
