Electrical reviews in Tomball, Texas

ARK Electrical did a great job at my house. They were very efficient and trustworthy. I would definitely use them again!

Jordon Rodano was an absolute professional who quickly installed a generator in my home. After getting various bids, he was about 15 to 20 percent less than the competition and completed installation 2 months ahead of the other offers. Months later, when I had a question about the installation, he drove out to my house and walked me through the issue within minutes of me calling. Responsive, honest, and competent. Very happy to have found Ark Electrical Service.

Jordan responded immediately to a call. He came out the following morning to get me a free quote. Very knowledgeable and professional. Looking forward to getting work done. Stay tuned!

Jordan and his crew are awesome. They helped me the next day after I reached out. They are punctual, communicate clearly, and prices are fair.
They work pretty fast and you will be very happy with the results.
I will not use anyone else for my a electrical needs.

We had them come and setup a generator connection. They were very efficient, hassle free, and charged a flat rate. Would highly recommend!

Jordan and ARK Electrical were fantastic. Had an electrical issue the day before closing on my house I was selling.

Their team came over, diagnosed the issue and had me up and running very quickly. They did a fantastic job. Highly recommend this company. Thank you!

ARK Electrical Service, Jordan and his crew did an excellent job in our back yard rerouting our electrical lines in preparation for a pool build. They were prompt, professional, polite and very knowledgable. We will definitely call on Jordan for any of our electrical needs in the future. And on top of his amazing job, the cost was very fair and reasonable from other quotes we received. I would definitely recommend Jordan and ARK Electrical Services for any of your residential needs!

The crew showed up to wire my electrical box to my generator so I never have to be without power during a hurricane again. They were fast and walked me through how to convert the power several times until I was comfortable. I highly recommend them for your electrical needs. Great local family owned and operated company.

Great company! Honest and fair pricing, didn’t try to upcharge me something I didn’t need. Alfonso was great, did a good job with my generator/house transfer switch install. Highly recommend.

Jordan was extremely responsive, thorough, and up-front about various options for the generator inlet project I inquired about. My appointment was then scheduled quickly and Alfonso completed the installation perfectly and instructed me on its use. I will be using ARK for all my future needs!

Highly recommend ARK Electrical Service! There was an electrical project that needed to get done in order to pass HOA inspection. Jordan was able to work out a reasonable, cost-effective solution and got the job done in record time at a fantastic price! Thank you Jordan!

Top notch customer service communication was absolutely exceptional. He went above and beyond and showed up early. Completed the task and informed me of every little detail. Anybody in the cypress area? This is your one-stop shop, highly recommend. 7 stars

Excellent customer service with great values! Ahead of a hard freeze I wanted an interlock and receptacle installed to hook my generator up to power my house. Jordan got me scheduled with a day’s notice so that me and my family were further prepared for the severe weather and advised me on what equipment to install. The next day, Derek was at my house early, in almost freezing temps, to do the install. The install was professional and quick! He showed me how everything worked and further advised me on what circuits I could run off my generator. All in all I am pleased with the response time, expertise, professionalism, and a quick install time which means these guys know their stuff and are prepared for the job ahead of them. Thanks, Ark!!

The Ark team is outstanding! Jordan and Alfonso did my generator hook up to my house. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Fantastic work with superb attention to detail. Thank you!

I highly recommend Ark Electrical Service. I used them for complete electric panel replacement, generator hookup connection, and soft-start circuit for the AC compressor. Was extremely pleased with attention to detail, great communication, friendly, and very competitive on cost. They also went out of their way to address a couple of other things that were needed while doing the change out. I will definitely call on them again for future electrical service work I need.

Ark Electrical was professional, efficient, with fair pricing. Although my job was small the level of service was top notch. I highly recommend them for any electrical needs. Jordan to you and the team; Well done! Thank you!

Great service and good prices! My electrician, Alfonso did an excellent job explaining the work needed and completing the job in a timely manner. He fixed a few other issues he found along the way while sticking to the initial price. Great company!

Alfonso did a great job on my request for an estimate to install a 220 volt 50 amp level 2 home EV charger. He was punctual, professional and answered all of my questions. You’re lucky to have
him on your team!

Very quick to come out and diagnose the cause of our failed circuit breaker problem. Replaced the breaker and the outlet damaged by the failed appliance. The technician/person doing the service did a great job! Will definitely use again when the need arises.

Needed to get 2 breakers in garage breaker box to get up to code for pool heater replacement. On 1st call.... ARK "listened" and asked the right questions to make sure they brought the correct parts for the 1st visit. Alfonso came out same day and had the work completed in 15 minutes after arrival. Might not have been the toughest job for their skill sets, but it is important to point out "no 2nd visit needed to come back with parts" and I was quoted for the work before Alfonso came to my house and I paid exactly what I was verbally quoted on the phone. Any additional electrical work needed, Ark will be getting my business. Thank you for making it simple for me.

ARK installed a fan and light switch timers for our home exactly per our requested requirements and at a competitive price. Their team’s customer service was top-notch. Highly recommend and we will use them again!
