Gary and Donna came out so quickly once I paid for the service online. I’ve looked at so many other places and they have the most fair pricing. The previous owner of my house left an atrocious mess in the trash can. The smell was so bad just walking past the bin. After they cleaned it, it smelled wonderful and they got every nook and cranny clean. I can’t recommend them enough and I’ll definitely be using them again! I’m located near the heights (77007).

We couldn’t be more impressed with Kleenbin! Other trash bin cleaning services don’t service our neighborhood, but Kleenbin went out of their way to make sure our bin got cleaned. Even though our zip code wasn’t originally in their service area, they were super accommodating and made it happen. They were professional, let us know exactly when they were coming, sent before-and-after photos, and left our trash can the cleanest we’ve ever seen it. The clean was 90% good. I’m fussy having a lot of cleaners before. Common sense like need to clean couple glasses left in sink. Master shower glass cleaning was not good. Needed a little more elbow grease to get rid of foggy glass. For the most part Good.

Team 18 is led by Stephanie. She does a great job at taking feedback and notes for the next clean. Her team has been flexible with moving things around when needed and using the products we like. Her team consistently does a good job at making sure they don't miss anything.

The Cleaning Authority does great work and takes the customers needs and freed back to heart. Rather then ignoring them they apply it to their next visit showing that not only are they listening but they care about you as a customer.
