Great quality service! The cleaning Authority has an excellent and loving staff! They are pet friendly and my doggos love them all the time they come to clean the house. Amy and Carmen are super sweet and attentive. They love taking good care of their clients, and they are very skill as well! Carmen turned my dish towels into a beautiful bow! Whatever you do do not allow them to clean your windows. They did half the job and if they have your charge card they literally drove away and charged my card when the windows were done so poorly they didn't want to correct the work. Windows half done or undone completely and they just ripped me off.

I am so impressed and pleased with the service that Chrissy has given me. There’s been a few areas missed that I brought to Chrissy’s attention and she is quick to find a resolution and make things right. Her customer service is 5 star. Today, she sent Hannah over to check behind the cleaners work and she was great at explaining their process and ensured everything was done to our liking. We are particular with certain things and they care about learning what their customers want done in their home. I’ve been with them for a few months and have held off on reviewing but after Chrissy, Hannah and the cleaners today did such an amazing job, I had to give them 5 stars. Thank you, ladies!

As always, Maria and her partner did an excellent job. They come into the house and get started immediately. They work without stopping until the job is done. They are special.

Today there was a Tornado in my area and while I was hiding in my closet because there was a warning issued: I hear the door bell ring- It’s Bri and Valerie my cleaning team! Amazing! - I quickly let them in and they ask If I still wanted them to clean today - Of course- Thanksgiving is in two days!

My favorite days are when The Cleaning Authority visits my home. I’m so happy to have my weekends back! I’m one of those people that actually likes to clean my house, but I’m not at all disappointed that my fabulous team gives my time back to museums, or movies, or family time. They may even do a thorough job than I do!

Came back from vacation to a beautifully clean house. They did an absolutely great job and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend Cleaning Authority, especially team Lizbeth and Andrea. They did an initial deep clean and I couldn’t be more pleased with their work. They were punctual, thorough, and very easy to communicate with! My clean home takes pounds of stress off my shoulders!

This team 16 does a really good job each bi-monthly visit to our home. We have 2 special requests that they get right each time, the staff is friendly and the lead person (female) speaks good English and is very nice. Today we had an alternate 2nd person because we switched our normal schedule but she was also very efficient and detailed and knew what to do. I often work from home and I try to stay out of their way or run a quick errand. They are good workers and very thorough. They even did some outside cleaning of our sliding glass door so it sparkled inside and out. Our master shower is a bit much to wipe down with all the glass but they always take a lot if care with it. Thank you Claudia and Maria for today's cleaning!!

Team 18 is awesome! They arrive on time, and are very professional and courteous. The team lead Stephanie knows our preferences well and does a great job ensuring the cleaning job meets our expectations. There are a couple of things that we are quite particular about and it’s nice being able to trust the team to consistently do a good job on those things. If we ever have to reschedule, we make sure that Team 18 is available first! The office support is also great. It’s easy to call and reschedule if things come up. I also like that the managers check in a few times a year. We’ve been very happy with this service for about 3 years and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable, reliable cleaning service.

We have been using this incredible cleaning service for a couple months and absolutely love it! It’s such a wonderful feeling to come home and feel relaxed in a clean home. They don’t even mind our golden retriever that stays out all day. You can use the app to specify which rooms you want cleaned and how frequently you want the service scheduled.
