We've been Texas residents since February of 2024. Our previous state we lived in we had a cleaning company that had a high bar set for cleaning standards. We were looking for something similar here since we will be hosting a major Thanksgiving gathering. The cleaning crew showed their gold standard level, mirroring that of our last company we used. We are committed to monthly services now with TCA.

DO NOT use this company. Rude cleaners, the deep clean was not even close to deep AND they charged me for a separate service I did not receive. Never again. Going back to Lily White!

Team 14 (Ana, Maria, and Rosy) did a very thorough and quick job on the house today. They are always flexible with my working from home schedule and clean my office between scheduled calls.

The cleaning Authority did a great job on cleaning our home. Dilcia & Vanessa showed up on time and they were very friendly and paid attention to detail while cleaning our home. We will definitely be using them again.

A different team showed up today because I had to reschedule my normal cleaning date. Team 21 was as effective as my regular Team 22. Consistency within the Teams is important as the quality of these cleaning crews retains reliable service.

We have used this cleaning company for our home for a year, and they have been wonderful - friendly, consistent, timely, trustworthy, and thorough. They’ve been very responsive and understanding when I’ve needed to make timing adjustments. My cleaning team has primarily been Ashley, Natasha, and Breanna, and I highly recommend them.

I wanted to thank Claudia and Andrea (team#16) for doing an amazing job today in cleaning our 3 bedroom home! The floors are spotless and every room looks and smells great <3 This is our third cleaning with TCA and every team they have assigned so far has been very thorough and time efficient. I really like the app, it facilitates electronic payments and gives us an ETA so I can plan my day around their cleaning time.

The rotation cleaning was supposed to deep clean the living room. There is still dirt under the tv stand. The corners have so much dirt. The more I inspect the more things I see. My job is not to inspect but pay for the services. They didn't even bother to clean my workstation because I was working there. I told them when they wanted to clean the area I can move. They just tried leaving the apt without even cleaning the part. I had to bring them back. Very unprofessional. They just left the trash outside. They didn't even put it in a proper trash bag. Used some plastic bag found in the house. The utensils in the sink are still sitting there. I am going to cancel the subscription. No point paying premium when job is so unsatisfactory.
Some teams can be good some can be what I just explained above. Be cautious.
Would be better off hiring somebody directly. Premium is not worth it

I had the Cleaning Authority come out to my brother's house that was extremely dirty due to recent illness and recovery. Dayelis and Gleximar did a fantastic job, were professional, offered excellent customer service, so that we requested them each time. I would highly recommend this company. They are also very affordable.
