I really love this company! They were able to schedule me right away based on the junk that needed to be removed. Josh was professional, careful, and got everything done within a reasonable time. The prize was fair too. Highly recommended them.

Avoid this company. They have shady practices to get you to pay more, including picking up things before talking to anyone or doing a walk through, then saying there is an upcharge for picking up things in the backyard. Did not mention this in the booking call either.

Would give them 0 if I could. Not an honest company. They began to pick up things in the front of the house without talking to an adult or doing a walk around of all the junk. They Added an up charge for picking up things in the backyard. The booking call didn’t mention this either. Refused to provide copy of booking phone call since they “don’t record the calls”. They claim these was no accurate description of what’s being picked up but cannot provide the booking call as proof as more detail was provided in the call. We had to pay for an incomplete job and an upcharge due to half the stuff being picked up already without any walk through or meeting with adult at the home .

Been using these guys for years They show up on time and there’s no hassle sometimes I was even able to schedule a pick up same day. Absolutely great service would highly recommend.

Five out of five I would rate six stars if I could, they went above and beyond to help me out not only did they Get rid of all of the junk in my two story house lots of trips up the stairs handled with care and precision. They also Helped clean up to, such great guys.

Let me just start by saying, we scheduled a very last minute haul off. Not only was Junk Guys accommodating, they were prompt, professional and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Used Junk Guys to get rid of some old furniture in my house. Worked with Josh and he was responsive to texts/calls and very easy to work with during the process. He communicated very well on when he was going to show up. Reasonably priced compared to other companies. Will use them again in the future.

Very happy with the service received. Needed help clearing out a garage and our junk guy (Josh) was very responsive through text and calls and kept in communication with me about when he was on the way / how long he would be. They got everything out pretty quickly considering how messy my garage was - and knocked another thing off my moving list. They did great work.

I always had another company do my rugs but this time they were not available when I needed them so I just picked this place off the internet and they were able to get me in when I needed. I am so happy I choose them. They will be doing my rugs from now on. I have house cats and a dog which are hard on the rugs but then add to that the fact that my son and I are always working on cars and motorcycles so a lot of nasty gets tracked in. Matt was able to get up all the mess, killed the pet odors and racked the rug in a very short time. My rug is just like new. Love the job he did

Heavens best carpet cleaning with Matthew Dooley did an excellent job cleaning and deodorizing the carpets in our new rental home.
He arrived early, cleaned promptly and it only took an hour to dry. It looks and smells great!

If you have carpets stains, Matt's method and experience does wonders. Our family dog slept in our son's room for 5+ years and upon moving out of the house, we asked Heaven's Best to attempt to remove the dirt and oils. While another "steamer" company wasn't able get the stains out, Matt's method was amazing! Highly recommend to anyone with dogs!.
