My first experience with Two Maids Universal City was for a deep clean of my 1000 sq foot 2 bedroom 1 bath with office home.
I got a 10 minute notice before Johana and Claudia pulled up and unloaded all their needed supplies. They were very pleasant and professional starting out with introductions and recap on what they were there to do.
This team took two and a half hours to clean, scour and basically give attention to every inch of my home. Even now as the days pass I notice things that were cleaned that I wasn't aware of.
I am very impressed, definitely recommend and will absolutely schedule again for regular service.
Again, I definitely recommend Two Maids Universal City. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

This is my second time using Two Maids Universal City. While the first cleaning was okay, this time I had Albania and Mayra and they were outstanding. My house is spotless. I hope I have them every time. Thank you ladies for your hard work.

I used TwoMaids for our move out clean. They did a fantastic job making our 1400 sq ft house that we had lived in for almost eight years look move in ready. I’m very thankful for their hard work. It took a ton of stress off me. I’ll most likely start using them in my new house regularly.

I have been with Two Maids Universal City for well over a year now. While the service has been awesome and I have had no complaints to this point, I have to shout out today's team Albania and Mayra. These two kicked butt today!!! They were able to clean stubborn grease from above the stove's hood. They gently moved (and replaced) every piece of furniture in the living area to clean the floor. They also did a bang up job on the bathrooms and bedrooms.

They say good help is hard to find, but I think Two Maids Universal City may have just figured it out. Way to go Albania and Mayra!!!

I used this company for close to year. For the most part, I was typically satisfied with the work that the teams did. However, communication is poor and unprofessional, particularly from the owner/manager. Communication was decent in the beginning, and then really went downhill over time.

The first time I had a cleaning scheduled, the cleaners did not come because they ran out of time due to another cleaning going over time (I know it happens sometimes), and they had to reschedule me. However, having that happen on my first cleaning was a yellow flag, but I decided to proceed anyway to determine if this would be a pattern. The cleanings I received for the first few months with the first team were just okay, and they always put my kitchen back in a different order from how they found it. But the service was still helpful enough for me to stick with them and not complain. Then the new year came, and that team stopped coming. The teams that came next did a much better job with the cleaning, put everything back how they found it, and I was really pleased for about 6 months with the work they did.

While I would give the most recent maid teams a 4 to 5 star rating for the actual cleaning job done, I dock stars on my rating for this company due to the poor communication. In recent months, the actual ETA window would often be wildly different from what I was told the day before. I initially consistently recieved texts saying if they were on the way, which was helpful and appreciated. Then they stopped keeping me in the loop (until I mentioned it to the owner), and then it was inconsistent whether or not I'd get a heads up.

Ultimately I decided to part ways with this company for a few reasons. Three weeks ago, I came home a few hours after the cleaning, and the front door opened far too easily when I went to unlock it. While I cannot 100% confirm that it had been left unlocked, it left me with anxiety and lost sleep for a week. My trust in them had been shaken a bit. The bedroom was also not dusted, which had never happened before. I was refunded a portion of my cleaning fee for the dusting issue, and it seemed as though the owner took my concerns about the lock issue seriously.

Then, last week they had to schedule me on a different day than usual due to the holiday, which was understandable. I work from home and cannot have people here with me when I'm working (they knew this), so I typically would have them come on my day off. However, I would be working during the reschedule, so I made arrangements to work a portion of my day somewhere else based on the ETA I was given the day before the cleaning. The day of the cleaning, I got a text from one of the maids who I really liked saying she would be there in 15 min. This was about 20 minutes before I would start work at the other location. I let her know I wouldn't be home for the cleaning, so she would know to use the key on file. I came home three hours later, expecting the cleaning to be either done or almost done if it was just the one maid that day. Nothing had been touched; they never arrived. Owner/manager was apologetic, said they appeared to be en route at that moment, but provided no explanation for why I was told they were on the way three hours ago but didn't show when they said they would. Needless to say, I was pretty mad because something could have been communicated to me in that time if something had come up or changed. This was the final straw with the communication issues, and those issues were further exemplified while trying to get my spare key back, which I did get back but with a bit of a hassle. I had to text and call the owner/manager multiple times to arrange and confirm the time for the key drop-off, and I only received a response when I was a bit more stern in my communication. It started to feel cowardly on her part, which only further confirmed my decision to discontinue services.

Ultimately, while the cleaning job was well done, I don't recommend Two Maids because this became more of a hassle than it was worth.

I just got my first cleaning with Two Maids, Albania and Mayra, and I am very happy with my service! I work Mondays to Saturdays and I have 2 dogs. Keeping up with deep cleaning and even routine cleaning can be a challenge. It was soo nice to walk into my apartment with it looking and smelling clean. I look forward to my future services!

Just had a deep clean for the first time with Two:Maids. Loved walking in my home to see how neat and clean the ladies did to spruce up my home. Albania, Kylee, and Martha did a great job! I would recommend Two: Maids and the three cleaning angels who made me smile when I walked in my house!

Sent email to advise of not doing 100% of requested cleaning. Missed a lot of steps. Three people 2 hours and still not completed. Nice workers but not sufficient cleaning. No one will email or text back. Charged my credit card fast enough. Won't be returning nor recommending.

I asked her name. Never said I was recommending. Never said my house was clean. They rushed out door as I was just in my lunch hour and didn't get to check house until they walked out. I sent you picture of baseboard still dirty. Not sure how that would be done properly. I can send more pictures if you want to better understand

We love the work Albania and Mayra are doing. My husband is so happy I finally hired a company whom we can trust to come into our home and actually do the hard work I can not do at all anymore. They have great manners and consistently work hard. I have not moved some of my belongings for years and they are moving and cleaning for us. They are consistently arriving within their guidelines and work until quitting time.
. They lookout for their customers which I believe is their best asset.
