Reviews of local pros in Universal City, Texas

I continue to use Heaven's Best services because the end results are amazing. Matt is pleasant but gets right to work; he's careful around your furniture; he puts forth 100% effort to get your carpets clean (not just smelling nice) and he never leaves a mess! I firmly believe in Matt and his wife's integrity and honesty. You might find cheaper service but you won't find a better one.

I tried Matt with Heavens Best on a whim after seeing his truck driving through Timberwood Park, and they did not disappoint. I have always been hesitant using the companies that hose in large vacuums and get the carpet real wet and have to use fans etc. Matt's cleaning process seemed to be more advanced and definitely did the trick on cleaning and deodorizing our nursery and guest bedrooms, and we were able to get back to business within an hour. We'll be using his services on a quarterly basis going forward as it was so nice to see the carpets all perky and fresh when he left... Kind of like looking at your lawn right after a fresh cut, satisfying to say the least!

My house smelled so great after Matt was finished! The carpets look fantastic. He was very prompt and got right to work steaming and deodorizing the carpets in our new Live Oak home. Everyone I delt with at Heaven's Best was pleasant and great to work with. Very helpful group and affordable too. I highly recommend them.

Exceptional service! Very friendly, kind and attentive. Matt is an expert carpet cleaner and made our 15 year old carpets look like new.

Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning returned our large alpaca rug this morning, and what they accomplished in cleaning was nothing short of miraculous! Our rug is lovely once again, and it was such a pleasure working with Matt and this company. They called and came when they said they would and charged an honest price. We highly recommend them to anyone who needs their rug(s) cleaned and who appreciates dealing with really nice, efficient, and honest people.

We’ve lived in our home since late 2013 and we have never had our carpets cleaned. Two dogs and two toddlers, I thought we’d just have to replace our carpet. Took a shot on getting our carpets cleaned and I’m so glad we did. Matt at Heaven’s Best did a great job. The part that you can see in photos is how awesome our house smelled and how soft our carpets felt after the cleaning. We’ll keep these carpets for a few more years until these kids get a little older.
I got a quote from a few places and the cost was slightly lower than some other companies. I also liked that they were able to get me in ASAP. Our carpets were damp only for a short time, maybe a hour and a half (it was humid outside). Would definitely hire Matt again! This cleaning has really helped with our family’s allergy situation!

Albania and Mayra did an amazing job on cleaning our home today. They took their time and made sure this being our first cleaning they communicated everything that would be done as well as asked if there was anything I’d like them to clean extra.

Albania and Mayra are rockstars like always! So professional and talented in what they do! Thank you for making the overwhelming feel manageable ladies! ♥️

Mayra & Susan were polite, communicated well & did a great job cleaning my house!

Thank you Johana And Claudia for doing an amazing job on our clean this morning now we can start the day off right

Two maids did an amazing job cleaning!! Jorge was so incredibly sweet and knowledgeable when it came to how each area in the house would be treated. I highly recommend Two Maids to anyone who wants quality work with an affordable price!

Kristina was amazing from beginning to end! They came in and did exactly what I needed done. Thank you so much for taking your time and your attention to detail. And the card at the end was the icing on the cake. I highly recommend using the 2 maids Universal City team!!

Johana and Claudia did a great job. They were a great team and left everything better and cleaner than it was when they came. I definitely will request them in the future.

Had Amber and Mercedes over today! They did a meticulous job, paid attention to detail, and were very pleasant. Highly recommend both of them.

Johanna and Claudia were great. They were very efficient and cleaned the house with a lot of care and attention to detail. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs a thorough cleaning

I have used Two Maids Universal Ciry for almost a year and I am very happy we found them. They came a complete deep cleaning and it was like I had a new home. It was beautiful. Now they come every two weeks on the clock!! Thank you, Albania & Meyra!!! Your the best!!

My experience with Two Maids was amazing! Having lost our long term housekeeper and finding a service that felt safe and thorough has been difficult!
What a breath of fresh air it was for a service to come in on time, professional, sweet and kind and obviously concentrating on their job was amazing. We felt very comfortable with the professionalism in our home.
They took time to listen to my needs and followed through upon completing the amazing job!
I have had several services come in since we lost our housekeeper and always felt disgruntled with the work and materials.
Two Maids came in with their own supplies but offered to use anything that we felt was necessary for our home. We keep a clean home with just two adults and a hypoallergenic dog but still need help as we are busy busy!
They went straight to work and although we are very accommodating- took control and my house was clean!! The bathrooms looked amazing. They addressed any small issues I pointed out and of course acknowledged anything that I felt concerned about.
I am recommending this team to one of my girlfriends! Detailed our Master Bathroom so wonderfully that I wanted to do the happy dance! Kitchen was spotless, wiped down and perfect. Floors were detailed to their exit!
If you want a service that cares and is very professional you should consider Two Maids!
I’m so grateful that I found them!

I must say the house was immaculately clean and organized post cleaning service. Both Albania and Mayra done an outstanding service! I highly recommend Two Maides to take care of your house.

Brittany, Bella, and Lavele did an awesome job on the deep clean of my house. Valerie was super friendly when setting up the appointment, and I will continue doing business with them. Great job!!!! My house looks fabulous.

Maybe my expectations are too high, but I’m not too awfully satisfied with today’s cleaning. I removed every single solitary thing off the countertops so they could be given extra attention. Where the countertops meet the tiled backsplashes around the entire kitchen, there were still crumbs and dust all the way around! I shouldn’t have spent so much time removing everything just to wipe down those areas and put everything back myself. Lights were left on in practically every room of the house. Furniture was moved but not put back. Other items that I moved so they could do a thorough cleaning were put in other places instead of just leaving them where I moved them to. The microwave wasn’t wiped out or wiped off as it usually is. The laundry room wasn’t swept either, and except for the washer and dryer, everything was moved off of the floor. All bedroom doors were shut. Maybe there was a reason for that, but open them back up before you leave.

Claudia and Gahana are were wonderful. They did everything I asked and some (like garbage and dusting). They were respectful of my house and even went as far to thank me for my military service (I guess they saw my plaques, shadowbox, and awards). I have a German Shepherd that sheds and they got a lot of dog hair. I highly recommend them.
