Always 10/10 service. Had many of their professionals at our home on multiple occasions for different needs. Joseph, Edgar and Jason were the most recent. They are always very courteous, kind and knowledgeable. This company stands behind their systems and their work. Even if the problem isn’t theirs they are so helpful to investigate and help you come to a solution. Would never do business elsewhere. They are genuinely good people who are constantly giving back to our community and our youth!

Air View has been for the past 5 years the only company I want to use for my house.

Tech came out for our Fall Service that was included in our initial AC service. He was extremely knowledgeable, and even mentioned an issue in the refrigerant levels that was missed the first time. I needed all my ductwork replaced, they did it in about 6 hours and it looks and works excellent! During consultation they solved a problem with my airflow xthat was causing some noise issues that have been cleared up with the new ductwork. They cleaned everything up, removed all the trash, and went the extra mile! Highly recommend!

Charles came out and quickly diagnosed my issues. Then he spent a few minutes to teach this first-time homeowner some maintenance skills that I clearly did not know.

Follow up: Charles came back out the next day to make the repair and perform the first scheduled maintenance. I have to say, for the maintenance performed, the service plan is absolutely an amazing deal.

The entire experience with Airview has been nothing short of excellent! The woman who scheduled our appointment was fantastic. The service technician was professional, knowledgeable and went out of his way to make the experience a good one. He was very respectful of our home. We could not have asked for anything better! Pricing has been more than fair. We will be using Airview regularly going forward!

I called Airview at 8 a.m. because my AC was making a strange electrical buzzing noise. The woman I spoke with was excellent—she clearly explained the service fee upfront and was able to schedule a same-day appointment. Toward the end of our call, I asked to have the entire system checked since it was due for a routine inspection. She was very helpful in adding that to the service and walked me through what the checkup would include.
My appointment window was between noon and 5 p.m. I let her know I work nearly an hour away and asked if the technician could call when they were on the way. To my surprise, William-Leonard called just two hours later, saying he was ahead of schedule and could come by early if I was available. I told him I was still an hour out, and he assured me that wasn’t a problem.
Once I got home, he quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue at a fair price. After completing the full system checkup, he let me know everything looked good. I really appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. The customer service from start to finish was top-notch.

Larry was outstanding in all aspects of the service he provided. He kept me informed of the issue and what he was doing to correct it and explained everything in detail. He went beyond the service to get answers for questions I had regarding air duct cleaning and installation. He went way beyond expectations and is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous!

Jason with Airview AC did a phenomenal job fixing our compressor! Not only was he early to the initial service window, he was friendly, explained the problem, and fixed it quickly. He even took the time to help clean the compressor and leave it not just fixed but in a better state than before it broke!

Josh was here early after giving me a heads up text when was in route! He was knowledgeable and communicated well. We had lots of questions. He diagnosed the issue, confirming what I’d anticipated.

UPDATE: Complete system replacement.
Team worked diligently to dismantle and install the new Carrier system.
Jonathan took the old compressor apart(see photos) then replaced it with the new one. Resetting the existing pad turned out to be an issue but he was able come up with a workable solution.
Charlie took care of the attic install. Replaced the old unit and some of the ductwork. One room had always previously been hard to cool. Air flows much better now.
The thermostat was replaced.
They arrived on time, were efficient and worked continuously. The insulation coming through the vents when everything turned on was an unexpected mess. They cleaned up both inside and outside. Except for a couple of communication snafus, it went smoothly.
Jonathan took care to keep me informed throughout the day.

This was our 1st time using Airview on our mini-split A/C system, but they came recommended from a friend.
We were very happy with their service. From the initial phone call to set up the appointment, to the diagnosis of our problem, and then making the repair, everything was a smooth process. They explained everything that went into their estimated repair cost, but the final bill ended up being less than the quote.

Airview was super professional in every interaction we had with them. We had three complete HVAC systems installed over the course of three days, and everything went smoothly and on-time. We received estimates from five different HVAC companies and Airview beat all their prices. I appreciated how they registered the warranties with Trane after the install. Two days after the install, I received an error message on the Trane app and Airview came out to check the system within just a couple of hours at no cost. Everything ended up being fine.

As usual, great service! The technician was friendly and helpful. We discussed a new thermostat. He provided info and a quote on the spot, then went back to his shop and returned with 2 units for comparison. We chose one and he installed it.

Estimator: Eric was hands down the most efficient and straightforward estimator I met during the bidding process (I spoke with about 7 vendors). He inspected the job thoroughly, knew exactly what I needed, and had a clear price ready within 5–10 minutes. After a couple of minor tweaks, the final estimate was prepared quickly, and I was able to sign with confidence.

Office Team: Michele and Veronica provided outstanding customer service and follow-up. A great example—when I requested the permit around 5 PM the evening before installation, they sent it to me within minutes so I could have it posted in my window for HOA compliance. That kind of responsiveness speaks volumes.

Installation Crew: Installation day was truly impressive. The crew, led by Jerry (the foreman), arrived just before 9:30 AM. Jerry first asked where he could park to avoid inconveniencing us or our neighbors—a small but thoughtful gesture. He then explained the plan while his team of four immediately got to work like an F1 pit crew.
• Within an hour, the old furnace and condenser were removed.
• Each team member worked in sync without wasted time, constant chatter, or distractions.
• Pipes were bent perfectly, wires were zip-tied neatly, insulation was taped and sealed, and they cleaned as they went along.
• They didn’t even seem to stop for lunch—just steady, focused, detailed work all day.

The quality of the installation exceeded expectations:
• Gas line brought to the front for easy access
• Gas trap installed
• New drip pan with cutoff float
• 4-inch filter upgrade
• New supports, hangers, and plywood for the zone switch (instead of mounting it directly on the unit)
• Ducts re-routed for efficiency and to give me more attic storage space
• Everything vacuumed and cleaned upstairs, downstairs, and in the attic before they left

At the end, Jerry took the time to walk me through every detail of the work—no rushing out the door. It was clear they take pride in their craftsmanship.

Overall:
This is the kind of experience that restores faith in contractors. Professional, efficient, and detail-oriented from the first call to the last sweep of the vacuum. Out of the 7 vendors I considered, Airview AC stood out in every way. Another company tried to pressure me with a “take it or leave it” ultimatum, and I’m so glad I went with Airview instead.
