justin is honestly the best carpet cleaner i’ve ever worked with, and i’ve moved a lot! he’s cleaned my carpets three times in two different homes, and i’m already planning to have him handle the carpets in my next place too. i wouldn’t trust anyone else to bring my carpets back to life—he really knows how to get out even the toughest stains. my family even jokes and calls him “the magic man” because of how well he gets things looking fresh and spotless. just recently, justin managed to remove some stubborn red stains from the apartment we’re moving into, which i thought would never come out. he’s always polite, shows up right on time, and works super hard from start to finish. he does a really thorough job but also gets it all done quickly, which is great when you’re busy. we’ve tried both the standard carpet cleaning and the rotovac service. both are really good, but i like the rotovac best. justin never tries to sell you anything extra you don’t need—he’s honest and just wants to do a good job for you. his carpet cleaning is always a great value too. if you book with him, you’ll be glad you did!

We recently brought in our 8-foot runner rug for a professional carpet cleaning. I was concerned because I noticed a large light area on the rug and thought it was a stain. Ashton and Micah were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They checked the rug and let us know it was made of wool and actually wasn’t dirty at all. They explained that what I thought was a stain was just the way the nap of the rug was laying, probably from a piece of furniture sitting on it and changing the direction of the fibers. Ashton and Micah could have gone ahead and cleaned the rug, but they were honest and said a cleaning wouldn’t change how it looked right now. Instead, they recommended that we use and enjoy the rug, and come back for cleaning when it’s really needed. I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism. Their carpet cleaning service is a valuable resource for our community, and I’m glad to have found such trustworthy experts.

I was really impressed with the carpet cleaning service I received. I needed a priority cleaning because the carpets were in rough shape with stains and pet odors, but Wyatt was able to fit me in quickly, even rearranging his schedule to help me out before new tenants moved in. He cleaned the entire house, including six rooms, the hallway, two flights of stairs, and the basement, all for a fair price. Savanah and her sister are the bomb! They provided a deep clean of my ~5400 Sq ft house to start off every 2 week regular cleaning with rotating areas. Me house always smells fresh and the dust magically disappears! I have carpet, hardwoods, and tile for flooring that they clean! They also work around my 3 large breed dogs that are friendly who I'm sure follow them around! Not to mention I feel safe with them in our home!

Savanah and her team have cleaned several times for me and done an excellent job every time. From standard cleans in my house to deep cleans in my RV, I'm amazed at how much nicer everything looks, feels and smells when they're done. I think I keep things pretty tidy, but what they do shows me how far I am from from perfect. I will definitely reuse them. 5 stars for sure!

Savanah does an excellent job cleaning. She remembers details that you tell her about, and always asks if she is unsure about something. We have had no problems. She also is very sensitive to our animals as we have a dog that likes to run out the front door and take off. And 2 cats that like to hide in places after a door has been opened and she is always conscious about that. I have used other people in the past, and I can't say enough good things about her. If she cleans for you, you have found a gem trust me.
