My windows sparkle! They did a fabulous job. They also power washed my concrete, it looks brand new. I highly recommend them.

Every part of my experience was 10/10. Starting with Stacey who was kind enough to come to my home to give me an estimate. My price included all windows (interior & exterior), screens, tracks and sills. The following week Jaelin and Clyde came to my house. They were both wearing masks as I am currently immune suppressed from chemo. Stacey must have told them, and it meant a lot that I didn't even have to ask. Not only did they do an amazing job, but they were fantastic with my two toddlers who undoubtedly made their jobs more difficult. When they were finished, they told me to call or text them if I noticed any spots or streaks and that they would return immediately to fix them. This company and its employees provide a white glove service from start to finish and I highly recommend them. Thank you, Stacey, Jaelin and Clyde, y'all were great.

I have had good experiences with Window Genie in the past, but this time it was not as good. The quality of work for the gutter cleaning was sufficient but the coordination and rescheduling of my appointments (due to an issue on the company’s side) and associated lack of forthright communication has left me considering other providers for this service in the future.

Needed to have exterior windows and brick washed in back of house and patio concrete floor power-washed. Service technician Chris dis a great job with getting all the mold and mildew cleaned off. He was very courteous and professional. He was also very knowledgeable of the chemicals he was going to use for each aspect of the job and very helpful in moving patio furniture and planters out of the way. He also took the time to explain the process. Everything turned out beautiful! Already thinking of bringing Window Genie of Clear Lake back soon for other areas of the house. Very satisfied customer!

I've used the team at Window Genie for cleaning gutters and was very pleased. I was also glad that I wasn't the one on the ladder.
I recently had them do the power washing also and it looks so much better than when I do it myself. I'm signed up to take advantage of the annual maintenance plan.

Window genie constantly places bandit signs at intersections in Clear Lake. They do not respect our neighborhood and make it look trashy. Use other, local services.

My first encounter with Window Genie of Clear Lake was with Stacey, she has a wonderful way with people and truly cares about customers and she satisfies 100%. In current times it is rare to speak to a live (real) person. The appointments were completed to perfection. Mary came (owner) review what needed to be done for window cleaning especially being storm windows.

Carlton (owner) came with his crew prepared for the mission. Each team member knew exactly what to do working in harmony with each other. Several hours were involved and I was ask by a few team leaders what I needed them to do additionally.
All were in uniform and were professional, well mannered, perfect appearance and very respectful of my property. They wanted to please with their vast knowledge with well organized cleaning materials. I now have a contract with Window Genie of Clear Lake for window washing-(cleaning) and contract for gutter cleaning. No 'drama' only honest and ethical owners, Stacey and entire crew. Window Genie has been cleaning my concrete, home exterior, and windows for several years. They do quality work and have a nice staff that is easy to work with. Jalen and Clyde did a good job.

Clyde and Chris from Window Genie were great. We bought a house and the windows were filthy. They look awesome and they even cleared out the wasp nest for us. I will call them next time we need our windows cleaned.

Window Genie crew came out and cleaned windows inside and out! The crew members were efficient but friendly. Our rooms were so bright I thought the lights were on when they weren’t. No mess, no leftovers, nice folks all around, and a great bargain!
