I let her know that I had all the info for the building, but could not meet because its a little hard to get someone out there. She hung up on me, cool. Thanks for that... well I wont be using them.

TCA has cleaned my home in Missouri City, TX every two weeks for many years. Their employees are well trained, thorough, punctual and accommodating to our requirements. The scheduling office always confirms my appointment the day before and is prompt to advise any necessary changes. I highly recommend this service.

Love them! They are very professional and do a great job every time. We have dogs that shed yet after they are finished cleaning there’s no indication that we do, except for all the doggie toys. It’s great coming home to a clean house.

Today we had Madison and Maryna. As always, they thoroughly and efficiently cleaned the house - doing in less than 2 hours what took me a whole week on my own. They're so well trained, and use state-of-the-art equipment. The crew lead, Madison, is so bright and personable - just a pleasure to have around. Maryna is also polite and friendly - our little dog enthusiastically approves them both! I highly recommend Cleaning Authority!

The Cleaning Authority team comprised of Lara and Jenyca completed our April 2021 house cleaning and as usual the bottom floor tiles are gleaming and the whole house looks and smells wonderful! We have started using TCA again. We stopped during the Covid days. Like always, we are happy with the service provided. I really like the rotation system they have and the way the manage any problem. I have a constant communication with the manager and sometimes I feel that I know her for a long time.
In the past, we had some issues like any other service and they were able to fix them immediately. We all have errors and nobody is perfect, so I always expect that. That key is how they solve those problems, in this case very professional.
Most of the time (when they didn't clean well) was because our fault. We didn't pick up the cloths from the floor, there was a mess or etc. They can not organize and clean at the same time.
Now, if you want a perfect service and a custom made cleaning service hire a full time maid or paid $300 per service.
I am very happy with them. I would like to be there when they finish my house to tell them how we feel about their job but we are always working.

We had a great experience with Misty and Thalia cleaning our home. Not a wisp of dog hair remained when they were done! And our big dogs really bring the hair. Thank you for your attention to detail.
