Just started the service and they did a great job. Started in every room at the ceiling. cleaning fans blinds and shelves then at the end did the floors. No harsh chemical smell and they got some stubborn stains out. Very happy with the first cleaning

First clean was completed today and they did a fantastic job! Cleaners were here for about 3 hours and made our house spotless! Very happy either with the service.

First of all the crew was supposed to be at my house between 10-12. They arrived at 8:45. I could accept that. They did an excellent job on the bathrooms & kitchen. However my laminate floors were something else. I have stressed repeatedly the floors are the most important as I am unable to do them properly. Today they are streaked and look like it was a hurry up job. I was very disappointed in the care they were given. I think the same girl was responsible for dusting & cleaning the laminate. The dusting was nothing to brag about but that is something I can easily take care of. I always go into my office so as to be out of their way & since they don't clean in there but maybe I need to stay where I can watch how they clean so I can point out things I feel could be done better. I might add, there are no pets, neither my husband nor I smoke & the crew is here no more than an hour & half tops.

It was great! The ladies arrived promptly and did a thorough job. I love how this company has an app and notify you when the team is on their way and when they are finished. I had to fire my previous service because I was not impressed with their work. This is my first time using The Cleaning Authority and I'm definitely going to stick with them because I'm so pleased with how well they did.

They did a fantastic job on everything. Lacy was very helpful, answered all the questions I had. Highly recommend.

We have been impressed so far! I love that management comes on site during our cleanings and even helps out. So far we have had Madison, Mary, Sonny and Ameenah come do our cleanings and they have all done a great job. Madison has made sure to pay extra attention to my small requests and has gotten the job done. These girls are amazing and I appreciate each one of them for the time the take to make sure my home looks beautiful when I get home! Thank you all!

Whatever you do, stay away from this company. They left so many untouched areas for $713.00 for a prior move in clean. They left areas untouched that were easily accessible. I have a feeling they pay the young girls coming into clean pennies when they are making a fortune of charging you such an outrageous price $180 an hour for three girls young girls that are inexperienced and it’s not their fault. They haven’t been trained properly.

Good quality and responsible for the most part. Everything came out great except wood floors were a little hazy and something happened with the tub faucet and is now leaking, but they will fix it for me. Norma and Rossy were very sweet, I enjoyed working with them.

These gals are quick but do a quality job. Today I had a handyman show up early during the cleaning time. This did not deter anyone. They were accomodating but kept on schddule. I have used them now for 6 months and have had no concerms.

Just had our initial cleaning, they did a great job! Norma and America did a great job, they were polite, professional and efficient. I know my home wasn’t an easy place to clean, and I am pleased with the job they did! They even worked around our 2 huskies. Thank you Norma and America for doing a fantastic job!

Don’t trust this company!!! They charge you for rooms that don’t exist in your house!!! The cleaners who smoke will secretly vape inside your home when you’re not looking!! They cut corners and the inspectors don’t really inspect the girls work. There’s a lot of favoritism and unprofessional behavior involved with this company. The office lady’s are twisted and unprofessional. They treat their employees with disrespect and will cut their employees pay to $7 a hour on one house and inform the employee of the pay drop after they complete the work. This company has their employees jot down who does what job in each house in case something is missed but when a customer complains they blame the whole team instead of holding the person who failed accountable for their mistakes. I wouldn’t trust this company if I was you and if your already an existing customer I would double check what they are charging you for and how many rooms are on your receipt.

I love how Norma and Rossy work efficiently to restore our home. Every service feels like a new start. Great communication in letting me know what areas will be worked on for the service. My home is always spotless and smelling good once they are done. I love that they feel comfortable in my home. My family is grateful for their service. I highly recommended and will continue using Cleaning Authority!

First time using Cleaning Authority - League City and the team did a great job! Maryna and Yuri took care of areas that had often been overlooked by other cleaning services, and I look forward to having them back on a regular basis. Company as a whole is very communicative and easy to get in touch with as needed. The app is a plus, too!

We got our whole house deep cleaned so we could get pictures taken and get it on the market. I can’t remember the two ladies who did it but they did an outstanding job. The wife was very happy with how it turned out so they got the job for future cleanings. Tosh the owner even reached out after and made sure we were completely satisfied with the service. Michelle and Kyrsten, arrived early, they were professional and polite. Personal stories was shared and I honestly forgot I had people in my home. They arrived cleaned without and issues. I had requested a deep clean after a small renovation within my home, I wanted entering cleaned at once. The Owners suite bathroom was I’m sure challenging, but was cleaned to standard.
