WE AGREED THAT SHE WOULD DO A MOVE-IN CLEAN WHICH INCLUDES WIPING ALL SURFACES OF THE HOUSE INCLUDING DISINFECTING THE INSIDE OF THE FRIDGE AND KITCHEN CABINETS— NEITHER OF THOSE THINGS HAPPENED. NOW SHE IS ATTEMPTING TO CLAIM IT WASNT INCLUDED. ABSOLUTE LIE. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. SHE ALSO WAS NEGLIGENT ON THE WOOD FLOORS AND LEFT A STAIN. SEE PHOTOS BELOW. I REPEAT, I HIRED HER FOR A MOVE-IN CLEANING. I WOULD NEVER HIRED HER AGAIN. MY CABINETS AND FRIDGE IS APART OF MOVING IN. I OPWNED THE CABINETS AND FRIDGE AND TOLD HER IT NEEDS TO BE DISINFECTED AND WIPED DOWN SHE SAID YES. SHE TOLD ME THE PRICE. SHE DIDNT DO THE WORK. Im disappointed. I am a new customer. First time she came was today. I reminded her multiple times what needed to be done but really I think they rushed to get out of here. I even reminded her to double check her work, and she assured me many times. I had to leave to a meeting before they were done, so I didn't get to see the finished result while they were still here. Cleaning and disinfecting the fridge was apart of our deal, but the fridge wasn't even touched, so that clearly tells me that she doesnt double check her work and depends on the customer to instead. I repeated myself multiple times that the baseboards were really important to me. Well multiple areas were missed as if whoever is cleaning is just doing the movements and not truly cleaning. Its disappointing because the owner herself was here cleaning my house and did not ensure everything was done. There are a few areas in the kitchen that if you were cleaning with the intention of truly cleaning, you would have not left behind. If I was cleaning my house myself, I would have paid a lot more attention to the details. Im disappointed because it's a new home I am spending my first night in tonight and I feel really uncomfortable putting my groceries in a dirty fridge! And when these simple things are forgotten, it makes the whole job feel like a waste of money, because if you are not thorough in multiple areas already, how can I trust my toilet is properly disinfected??? So I'm going to have to clean everything myself because I cannot trust in anything they did now— and I'm out $260. When you don't check k your work and do a thorough job, don't expect customers to trust any surface is actually really clean. Now that I've read all reviews, it makes me feel that they are all fake reviews by maybe friends and family because all the reviews happened in the same month, 7 and 8 months ago. Interesting. Well my review is real!! Im still inspecting the house and the stair railing still has hair a clumps of dust as if they are using the same rag for every surface 🤢🤯!!!!! Hair and debris im finding everywhere!!! ABSOLUTE WASTE OF $260. Regular service is $160-180 she told me. Bur I paid for MOVE-IN SERVICE. NOT REGULAR SERVICE. OWNER RESPONSE IS NEGLIGENT! Again, move in service i hored her for so I don't have to wipe my fridge or cabinets or baseboards, but I didn't get anything! See photos below. Nothing is wiped down even though she said she would! Unbelievable. Horrible attention. Filth left behind!

They always do a really thorough job, never stretch time out to make more money, actually finish early and refund the difference. Love love love that they bring their own supplies, vacuum, rags, etc. Always super friendly. Deep clean is absolutely worth it once in a while.

They deep cleaned my entire apartment before my move-out, and I’ve never seen it sparkle like this—even the shower that I could never get fully clean looked brand new! Molly maid crew came out and did a great job I had a couple of issues and the customer service lady gave me a call. I didn't even have to call and they were able to get the crew back out there to redo a couple of things that needed special cleaning chemicals.... The attention to detail is what makes them so awesome
