House Cleaning reviews in Webster, Texas

I was a loyal customer of this business for a year. I loved their service in the beginning, but over time the quality went downhill-which was very frustrating. Over time, the staff seemed very quick to finish the checklist, but definitely did the bare minimum. By their last visit, very little effort put into the cleaning-so heaven help you if anything needs more than to just be glossed over, or requires any elbow grease.

I also didn’t care for the way different workers showed up. In the beginning, the same gals came every time, and they did a pretty good job. But, over time their staff was frequently changing, and the quality of service went markedly downhill. To have things done thoroughly, I was required to be home so that I could constantly reiterate areas that needed attention, but were often missed.

After their last job, I was so upset I took photos and sent them to the office. (I am also posting a few here). The management’s response has been lackluster at best. They clearly don’t value their customer base.

Then they had the audacity to try and schedule a cleaning!!

So disappointing!!!

I was so happy with my first cleaning today! I’ve been looking for a cleaning service for a few months now. They really paid attention all the details and can’t wait until they come back. I highly recommend using them.

Laura, Lexi @ Madison did a great job cleaning my home, they seem to work well together. I would have given 5 stars except the cleaners they have to use aren’t strong enough for mold in my shower. They scrubbed good but some jobs just require bleach products. I’m fairly new to using this service but am pleased. Pros - very responsive, clean quickly in teams, you can pay with a credit card, specific cleaning tasks and easy communication with the cleaners, they speak English. Cons - pay a little more but worth it in my opinion and need stronger cleaning products for tough jobs. Overall I recommend them

We’ve had the Clean Authority for over two years now and love their staff, pricing, and options. Hailey has been cleaning our house for a long time and she does a great job plus is super friendly. She comes in and says hi to our dog and it is great to see a friendly face each time. Our house always smells so good after the clean and it take a huge burden off of a full-time work mom with three kids and 2 big dogs!

They do a wonderful job, very professional & friendly, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend these guys!

Shirlene & Jennifer have been coming since day one and they are great! Sara had her first day here, and she was friendly and did a great job as well. I hope to never loose this crew! Love these ladies!

Laura, Ashley, and Madison from The Cleaning Authority showed up on time and ready to work. They were quick but thorough, and everything looked great when they were done. They were friendly and professional. Very pleased!

The service has quickly gone down hill. They never arrive during their ETAs. They cancel your cleans without letting you know until you ask why no one showed up. Then they tell you the team is on their way, they still don’t show up, and you find out they went to the wrong house. They were supposed to be at my house 7 hours ago. Services have been cancelled. The girls that come to clean are great, but the way the company does communication and time management is not.

I have had an outstanding experience with the cleaning authority! Not only did they have a tri-weekly schedule, which worked perfectly for me, but it was easy to set up an account and pay online.
I came home on a Friday night after a long day at work to find my house completely spotless and sparklingly clean. Katelyn, Rebecca, and Thuy did an excellent job, even skipping my son’s room by request because he had a game update that he was preparing for. I was impressed at the thoroughness, and professionalism of this service! I would recommend the cleaning authority 1000%!

We’ve used this company for several years. Very efficient and do everything they advertise. Today we had Misty and Shelby, who are the best. Get right to work, don’t skip or do anything half way. We look forward to them coming every two weeks. Great job by both ladies!

They did amazing! They even made my bed and drew hearts in my blankets. I could just relax in my clean house and not be stressed by all the tumbleweeds of dog hair and dust around me.

The team we have is AMAZING! They are incredibly thorough and pay attention to the little things. We have a scentsy warmer that was apparently getting too hot and melting the supporting materials below the counter. One of the ladies pointed it out this morning while cleaning underneath. We had no clue! This could have had a poor outcome if left to continue. Thank you!

First cleaning went great. The crew was amazing and respectful. Second cleaning.. Upon arrival they attempted to enter without knocking or ringing the bell. I asked if they could take their shoes off, they took them off as two giggled with each other. Within minutes I got a call that they had to wear shoes and I advised the individual this wasn't acceptable nor allowed in our home. Being that we don't wear shoes in our own home we don't allow anyone else. It's nasty considering everything people walk on outside. You never know who in the home is immune compromised, etc. Had they had booties it'd been fine but they didn't so they left. I was advised they'd note the account for my next cleaning being that I canceled the service for that day and cleaned myself (granted no issues the first time). I checked today only to find they canceled my service. No call, no reason, no nothing. Funny.. I tried to communicate with Lacey to inquiry as to why it was canceled. He was combative and condescending rather than being willing to listen. She took me canceling service that day as me canceling a whole account and never confirmed one way or another. I clearly stated I was canceling the service and would go a different route for that day and clean to myself because I was not going to allow people in my home with shoes on unless they have booties of which they didn't have. They're unprofessional and lack communication nor are they willing to even be open to communication when approached. Canceling a service for the day and canceling a whole account are two different things. Especially when it was discussed that it would be noted on the account that I require booties in my home.

The Cleaning Authority is a great cleaning service. They are always on time and never miss a cleaning date. Trish is particularly great. She does an excellent job of managing her crew and tries to do small extra things for me that make my life so much easier.

Happy they are licensed and bonded. Average(+) in cleaning with a few oversights. First visit and got a "breaker" on this team visit. Management professional and it was immediately resolved. It's something I choose not to have to go through again. Geez, it was the only vase in the house! I put everything away, you know, clean up to have your house cleaned. This was a second opportunity with the franchise years ago and it won't be a third. Really, lost my trust to having inexperienced staff clean my home. Can we say deliberate because of hating?

The ladies did a nice job (as always), put my things right back in their places, and were very thorough. Jen does a nice job with instructing any new crew who come with her and making sure all items on the list are done.

There were 3 ladies who cleaned my home for 2-1/2 hours. They did baseboards, ceiling fans, blinds, n good overall cleaning. A supervisor stopped by and inspected everything as well. Great job n I would highly recommend them.

They are always on time and do an amazing job. After they're done my house looks like it's ready for a showing! Makes my week! I've read some of the complaints on here and I'm really surprised. I've had great communication with Erica. She is very accommodating and responds quickly. I get a text when they are on their way. I went with CA because they offered so many different options and the price doesn't change if you want bi- monthly and not weekly. Other companies are charging more if you don't want weekly cleaning. I've had nothing but great experiences with every team they've sent. I would highly recommend CA to anyone that needs help keeping up with their house. Having a cleaning service stops arguments with my boys (who don't like to clean 😠) and gives us back our family time on weekends. Thank you CA!

The cleaning staff from the Pearland office did a wonderful job of deep cleaning my house. The three women were friendly and experienced. The went right to work and cleaned from top to bottom. The thoroughly cleaned each area and the house looks great. I would highly recommend them.

Always satisfied with the service. Friendly and so respectful of my home. A huge help in making my house feel like a clean home 🏠 😊
