On Tuesday, August 19th, I hired cleaning services for my new house!! I trusted the Molly Maid staff to do a good job, but on the contrary, they sent a person named Leticia who spent over 4 hours in my house, constantly on the phone, I realized this checking my security cameras.
My house could have been cleaned better in less time if this person had done their job, focused on cleaning, not talking on the phone (I understood almost everything that was being said in Spanish).

I needed one-time assistance on a big cleaning task. The ladies of Team #3, Damaris and Odelsy, arrived on time, and beautifully cleaned some large glass and mirrored items. They completed the tasks in the estimated time, and they set their own alarms to watch the time, so I would not incur an additional hour fee. I enjoyed their happy demeanor and will definitely ask for them to return on a regular basis. I highly recommend these ladies for your cleaning needs!

Team#3 was great, they were super friendly and kind. And did a fantastic job. Cleaned every single area of my home and even organized my children’s room and toys.

I have been very happy with Molly Maid. The team that cleans our home does a good job. They do sometimes fall a little short on the dusting. But, still overall they do a great job and I definitely would recommend them.

The best cleaning company we’ve ever used! We tried FIVE different companies before trying Molly Maid and I wish I hadn’t wasted all of that time. They are always prompt, polite and exceptional. We will never use another maid service again!

The service was excellent. Every area of my home is immaculate! The ladies were friendly, courteous, professional and efficient. It felt like there were friends in my home. This was a major cleaning and I will be using their service on a regular basis.

My experience with Molly Maid has been great, never have an issue. I always choose Team 4 because they listen to me and manage to take care of my request with no hesitations. I would recommend to anyone, makes life a little bit easier when it’s a bit overwhelming.

I asked for a deep clean as we had just had our carpeting removed and Luxury Vinyl installed. I didn't get a deep clean, I got a marginal clean. The shower grout wasn't cleaned and when I closed the lid on the toilet, they had not cleaned the toilet behind the lid. I called and by the time they returned my call (2 hours) I had already cleaned it myself. They offered to return but what was the point, I had cleaned what they should have cleaned the first time. No partial refund was offered, I asked and was just offered again for them to come clean what I had already done. I have since found a couple of places that weren't actually dusted, just things pushed to the back and the front dusted. For $225 for not cleaning the whole house and not even all of one bathroom (only 2 bdrms, 2 bath) 3 full rooms we didn't want cleaned was pricey. Not impressed, will be using someone else next time.

Odelsy, Damaris, and Yenis (Team #3) did a great job doing my deep cleaning service.They were very detailed oriented when it came to cleaning all of the baseboards and windows. They were very respectful of my home. I definitely recommend them and will request them for future cleaning as well.

Great experience with this cleaning service. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and did a thorough job. Everything looked neat, organized, and clean without me needing to point anything out. Communication and scheduling were easy, and the price felt fair for the quality of work. I’ll definitely use them again and would recommend them to others. Ofelia and Helen took great care with my home.
