I would recommend Aireserv. I had Lead Technician Kevin come out to check out my furnace. Kevin did a great job!

Air was still blowing out of the vents, but it was clear that it was not heated. Initially, he figured it was going to be the negative pressure switch. So, we made sure the exhaust was not blocked. Then, we found that the induction fan was not blowing. Next, Kevin used a voltimeter, so that we could rule out the fan motor vs. the negative pressure switch being the issue. After, while manually creating a negative pressure directly via a tube, the switch turned on and flame lit. That narrowed it down to the fan motor being the issue. Kevin replaced it, and the furnace is operating!

Excellent and honest service. All of my options were thoroughly explained without the added pressure. We will definitely be using them again!

We were concerned about a leak/gassy smell from ac/heater in the children’s room. Byron and Kevin made safety our priority and were able to come out at 845pm. It didn’t take them long to access our unit and test all the points that leaks could come from. They checked each room and made sure our monoxide detector was working too. Friendly with the dogs and quick and courteous. We will sleep rest assured. Thanks!

I had a problem with my heater that had been going on for years and two other companies tried to fix it but it just kept coming back. Aireserv sent Kevin Keller out and he was finally able to find the problem and fix it! Turns out that was just a bad thermostat when everyone else kept thinking it was the gas valve or the controller. Thanks so much guys!

Met Byron at the neighborhood park and we spoke while our kids played. Eventually got around to contacting Aireserve for a visit. We have a very tight schedule and under our current circumstances time is very limited and we are in constant motion. If there is 100 things to do, it's actually 101. Byron completely understood, listed to us and answered plenty of questions prior to coming out. He offered a time that would best work with our needs and not Aireserv's. He and Kevin showed up sharp, handled business, verified the quality of their work, gave us feedback, had a brief conversation, shook hands and left. We are a very aware, private and careful family and this day and age we do not let many people come to our home unless absolutely needed or we know them personally. As we are in a lower AC usage part of the year I had AireServe out to service my Condenser. They provided a very thorough cleaning of the entire external system. They efficiently dismantled needed sections and cleaned thoroughly. Really enjoyed the timeliness and professionalism of Byron and his staff. Also, I REALLY enjoyed that there was no evidence of the process being done anywhere in the area they worked.
