False advertising for $79 “clean out drain”special. Did not specify it only applies to main line, which is not the line for which we needed serviced. Technician stated that specific drain line would cost upwards of $500 to repair, without even putting eyes on it. Very disappointed from start to finish and now understand why the majority were telling us DO NOT USE YOUR COMPANY!! That is the only area in which you lived up to your reputation.

The service man could not get to the area of the unit for check out. The service man stated he had to forget the check out due to plywood not being the correct size, and thickness. The unit support has been installed for 15 years by a HVAC service company. He would not even look at the outside unit at all. Maybe I just needed a bit of freon, I don't know. Waste of time for me and y'all.

ARS sent me a text that my tech is on his way to my residence and once the tech was near he also called. Conner was very respectful and professional, gave good advice and recommended possible necessary services.

ARS/ Rescue Rooter came to my house quickly after I called. Joseph Muniz was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He figured out and fixed my plumbing problem quickly and gave me helpful advice. I would absolutely call them again in the future.

ARS quickly assessed our needs and made recommendations that fit our budget, while ensuring we'd be happy with the outcome. They removed our old water heater (that was 30 years old!) and replaced it, while also bringing us up to code. They worked quickly & efficiently, and were courteous & informative. I would definitely recommend ARS for any of your plumbing or electrical needs!

Tub drain needed unclogging. Called and they were able to come right away. Very nice gentleman (Durrell). It was tough at first but he was able to find and clear it. Great service and worked with me on the price. I’ll definitely call them again in the future.

Our technician Dillon did an awesome job he showed us what our system needed and did everything we asked him to accomplish. Great job Dillon. Your dedication to represent your company shows and seriously the most polite technician that I have ever encountered in all my 64 years on this earth. ARS you have a GEM treat him well.

The 2 techs did a great job installing our tankless water heater. Their work was very professional and they were helpful in answering our questions. The job won't be complete until a electrical outlet is installed but an appointment is scheduled for that. If that occurs on schedule and it works well I would give 5 stars.

Jose Lino was very pleasant, very informative and very thorough. He inspected my system, answered my questions, provided me a quote, offered professional advice and set me up for a sales visit as well. I didnt choose the repair but he provided great service!

Excellent service! The plumbers (Durrell Smith and Brandon Comstock) with ARS Rescue Rooter arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, provided extensive education about the problem and fixed it efficiently and expeditiously. Very professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Our plumber was great! Didn’t quit on finding and fixing the problem. He unclogged our shower drain by pulling out a huge hair tie. He could have stopped working at it as soon as water fed through but wasn’t satisfied by how the water was going down so he continued at it and fixed it! I never review anything, ever but this guys hard work earned it! Shout out to Christopher Faa!

Excellent service. Just had a remodel with granite countertops and the contractor didn’t connect all the plumbing correctly and left it unfinished. So to get it done correctly I made a call and it was completed in an hour. Price was a little high with discount but it looks good and the tech was professional, courteous and proficient. I will call again when needing plumbing work done..

I had an excellent experience with the air-conditioning service today. Christian (Chris), the technician arrived on time, was professional, and clearly explained what was going on with my system. He thoroughly inspected the unit, and, explain in great detail his suggestions for any recommendations. I really appreciated how respectful he was of my home. I highly recommend Chris to anyone needing reliable and honest air-conditioning service.

Very satisfied from start to finish I was informed when they wound arrive. Jesus gave me fast courteous friendly knowledgeable service. He connected my gas range to the natural gas feed in my kitchen.

I had a water heater go out this weekend. I called for a quote and was sent out a tech. This is where things went downhill. The tech arrived didn’t use no tools or even inspect the heater just jumped to replacing the heater completely. He quoted me $3200. I asked him to show me the parts pricing and it was $600 for new heater plus a couple of hoses and about a foot of 3/4” pvc. When I asked him why the labor cost was going to be more than 2k for 4-5hrs of work he had no answers. I ended up buying the water heater at ace hardware for $399 salvaged the pieces that where already there except a female fitting for the new presssure relieve valve. All in all cost me roughly $475 to do the job. This place is extremely overpriced I would not recommend. Their pricing is terrible. Clearly taking advantage of individuals in need. I wish I could give you zero star review.
