Kevin K. Just finished a service call at our home for our 6 year old a/c unit and we can’t be happier! Awesome service etiquette! Explained everything that it needed and why and everything he was doing. Gave us very good advice on preventative maintenance. Kevin is an awesome service guy. Great pricing for the service given. Durrell with ARS was very thorough and knowledgeable. He immediately identified the issue and let us know the plan of action. Once done, he gave a follow up of what he did! He had great customer service skills!

The technician showed up to clean a drain that goes from my backyard to the street it's about 50 ft. It drains okay but I think there may be a little bit of mud residue in it. The technician walked out of his truck and he was eager to give me the actual price that he was going to cost me. He said they agreed upon price of $83 is not even going to scratch the surface. So I thanked him and send him on his way. I'm riding this approximately 15 to 20 minutes after he left. I already used my water hose and shoved it in the 4-in pipe and the drain is clear as a bell.

While the price was a little higher than desired, the technician was very professional and did a great job helping bringing our very old water heater back up to code. New lines, new water heater, no drain pan and line, very pleased with the overall final product we received.

Overall really good. Disappointed in communication. Told me my installation would be on a Friday but never gave me a time range. Called that morning to ask when they were coming out. They said between 10 and 2 and they would call me when they were headed to my house. 5 minutes later, they show up. No phone call.

The technician was professional and took care to explain every option. Worked hard and diligent to find the issue to our stopped up pipes. Made an 86 year old lady very happy to be able to shower again.

My air conditioning broke down over the weekend, so I setup an appointment for Sunday morning. The technician told me that the fan needed replacement and came out the next day with the new part. He was polite and very accommodating. I went ahead and signed a membership for their HVAC along with their plumbing and electrical because of the great customer service.

I just finish the process to move to a Tankless system . Very impressed with the follow up, the technical sales representative who explained in details and vonvenced us to switch to this system and very please with the team responsible for the installation. Very friendly and professional !.

James was such a nice and knowledge technician. It was a pleasure to have him check our hearing system for the winter check up. It's great feeling the comfort knowing your hearing / air system is being taken care of. Thanks James you're phenomenal.

Where do I start? I called on a Thursday to set an appointment. They scheduled me for 12-4 same day. Awesome! 2 pm rolls around and I get a call that they need to reschedule until Friday at 10am-4pm, Okay Cool, things happen no big deal. Friday rolls around, I hear nothing and waited until close( still trying to be understanding thinking maybe issues arose and I try not to hassle). Monday I call again, was informed they had no idea why my tech never showed up. There were no notes nothing zero zilch. Okay? Well they can get someone out Tuesday, sure no problem 10-2.. 2:30 rolls around and I call again. Still trying to be nice, I was informed a tech had been assigned but the tech hit a snafu at his current job but should be done in 20 min then headed to me. Great! 4:30 chimes and I call yet again, this time more annoyed but still trying to be nice. I was once again told a tech had been assigned and I was on the docket.I was also told dispatch would call with an ETA. At 5:45 I call again. Was told that they had transferred my call to a field lead, and they will call him to figure out what is happening. I was then rudely told that he had tried to call but nobody answered and that all of their phone calls were recorded when I stated I never received a call. Well good, but my phone neither my business nor personal line rang. I was then told that someone would be on site at 8 am Wednesday morning. Something just didn’t sit right with me so I called and Cancelled my appointment around 6 am. Maybe an hour /hour and a half later I get a call, to tell me he was on his way. I said well that’s great because I cancelled the appointment at the crack of dawn and had hired someone else. I am not sure what kind of three ring circus ARS has become but it’s obvious nobody with in that company communicates with anyone. Save yourself the hassle and go with someone else.
