Sister-in-law’s pipe burst during the freeze. We recommended Ingram Plumbing to her as she was new to the area and we had been happy with their service before. She called the day of the burst and they were able to come out the next day, which was very impressive as other plumbers were advertising waiting times of over a week. They called before coming over and were able to find and fix the problem and even turned on her water and searched for additional issues. We are happy to recommend Ingram Plumbing and will be using them again when we need a plumber.

Rick Ingram is not only a trustworthy individual but an awesome plumber. I have known him for at least 10 years and have used him many times over that time period. He responds quickly to my plumbing problems and I have had many due to the age of my home. His prices are reasonable and his employees are good workers also. I recommend him and his company to anyone.

Ingram plumbing was great. Kevin from the company was there at the exact time. He was professional and got the job done quickly. He explained to us the reasons for the clog and how he was able to remove the clog. We also discuss how to prevent the problem from happening again. Overall a great experience.

These guys are amazing! Selling my house & needed items from the buyer's inspection assessed.  John arrived when he said he would!  He spent 15 minutes assessing what needed to be done, made great suggestions & gave me options for repairs. I didn't do the work that day & even though he didn't know whether his company would get the job or not, he didn't charge me a trip fee. How great is that?!  I called them back a few days later & they came out the same day.  They made all the needed repairs & changes at a very, very reasonable price. I would trust them with any size plumbing job.  I can't recommend them highly enough.

We had a plumbing emergency that flooded our house. Our usual plumber couldn’t get to us until the next day. So I called Ingram. A supervisor came out right away and explained some of the possible causes, from simple to complicated. His crew showed up not longer after, and quickly assessed and fixed the problem; luckily, it was a simple fix. They didn’t charge us until we had a few days to make sure the problem had been fixed, and their rates were very reasonable. They are my new plumber! I’m calling them first next time!

Update 2 years later: Ingram continues to impress. After getting three quotes for a tankless water heater they were the lowest. About a year later we had a mysterious water leak. They came out quickly, and determined one of the pipes they installed for the water heater had failed. They took full responsibility and paid for sheetrock repairs. Honest plumbers who stand by their work are worth their weight in gold!

These guys are awesome. Not only did they come pretty quick on a Saturday but I had a new water heater the same day! Every other plumber I called was trying to overcharge due to it going into weekend time and John gave me a very reasonable and fair price. This was a blessing to my family and I at a time when we couldn’t afford to pay higher prices. Thank you so much John and Ingram Plumbing for taking care of people at the highest level of customer service possible. The professionalism and knowledge that we were given with our situation exceeded our expectations for sure. I can only say that I wish we encountered contractors like them for every job. Once again, thank you John and Ingram Plumbing. These guys are my go to plumbers for now on!

Ingram plumbing was super honest, and helped teach me how to fix a shower leak myself, which saved me some money. They then went on to replace a bathroom sink. I liked that they were very knowledgeable and got my repairs done quickly.

Kevin from Ingram Plumbing came over to my parent’s house to repair an outdoor pipe leak. He was prompt and courteous, quick and professional. 10 out of 10 will recommend and will do business with again!

Had my water heat replaced. I would recommend Ingram plumbing hands down. Very friendly and professional. The price was affordable. They walked me step by step letting me know what exactly the issues were and what needed to be done. They installed my water heater and when done cleaned up and now I have my hot water back! Very reasonable and professional. Kevin did a good job with my sprinkler connections and helped fix the previous plumbers error. On an earlier visit, he did not charge me for a water leak that was not plumbing related. Am happy with their service.

I called several plumbers when I needed a gas leak fixed prior to a two-day Houston freeze. Ingram sent a plumber out the same day to check out our situation. He informed me that he could do the job, but there were some major drawbacks to the way he was able to do it, including lots of extra time, sheet rock work, and money. I told him another plumber told me they had the right tooling to do the job a much simpler way. The Ingram plumber knew what I was talking about, explained what THAT process was, and suggested I go with the other plumber. Pretty refreshing that a company is so honest that they would tell me to go with a different company to do the job better, in this instance. I will definitely consider Ingram in the future based on this exchange.

We recommend Ingram Plumbing. They are honest and are highly competent with advanced plumbing issues. They helped us with sinks, toilets, hot water heater, bathroom tub issues and other issues over the years.
My in-laws also used Ingram for re-piping entire house and replaced their sewage system and also did great work on shower remodeling. Don’t go by cheap price alone when you have complicated plumbing issues. You can trust Ingram Plumbing. We have tried other companies and have seen a difference. I came home to a busted pipe. After many referrals, I went ahead with Ingram Plumbing after a close friend’s excellent experience with them. One of the reasons for their 5-star review is due to their professionalism. The other reason is for their accommodations. They informed me that they don’t quite service my area. But after talking to them about my restricted schedule, they were able to give me a quote through a text-video of the site. This saved me a lot of time of calling and scheduling for new estimates. And of course all the service fee that would’ve accumulated. Kevin and Jonathan were professional while they were at my house working and explained to me what they are doing. I am glad I went ahead with my friend’s recommendation and selected Ingram’s.

Ingram Plumbing is a responsive and professional plumbing company. Nobody wants to have leaks or clogs, but these folks will make things better at a fair price. We have worked with the father and now the son for over 20 years. A family owned business and is our first call when we have trouble. You will be impressed.

HIGHLY recommend. Was having an issue with the gas cutoff valve to my cooktop and installation of new cooktop was scheduled for the following day. Ingram was able to come out within a couple of hours of contacting them and the fixed the issue. Professional and courteous crew. They are definitely my go-to plumber now.

I went in for some advice and to see if I could purchase a part. Kevin went in the back and gave me one brand new for free, also gave me advice on how to install it. Nice to see honest people like that. Hard to trust people these days trying to make a quick buck.

I would highly recommend Ingram plumbing. Kevin and Christopher were very accommodating and made sure to let me know when they were on the way. They were professional and quick. They replaced my garbage disposal in less than 45 mins and had provided me a quote before showing up. I’ve been looking for a trustworthy plumbing company in the area and I’m so glad I found them. Had the water main break a few days ago. Called Ingram the next morning and they got me on the schedule very quickly. The repair was done right and I felt the price was fair. They are definitely my go-to plumbing company now.
Edit: Water heater began leaking recently and, once again, I called Ingram. I had the same experience as before- they got me on the schedule quickly and did a terrific job installing the new water heater. They likely aren't the cheapest, but you won't find anyone who does a better job (you can definitely find plenty of people who will do a worse job) and I think their prices are certainly fair. They will continue to be my first choice if I need plumbing services again.
