Aqueduct Plumbing was really good. We have a house built in 1970, we had them replace all of our fresh water pipes. The crew they sent was amazing, very professional and friendly. They explained everything and replaced all piping without incident. The Sheetrock crew came next and patched all the holes they had to make. Both crews did a great job! I highly recommend them to anyone needing new pipes. Thank you so much, we now have amazing water pressure and we don’t have to worry about leaving town and having a pipe bust. Lisa

Great service, reasonable prices and very friendly and professional staff. We were told by our home warranty people that our cracked toilet was not covered and their plumber would charge us more for a cheaper model than Aqueduct would charge us for a much higher quality version. They also came out the next day to replace it when the proginal plumber 'was very busy' and wouldn't be available for 4 days.

We bought a toilet from them. Called them back to let them know the toilet was not flushing correctly. We had to hold the handle down in order for it to flush. And then we had to actually use a toilet brush to push the debris down the toilet. It wouldn't even flush the toilet paper. They told us that is how that toilet is supposed to be. I have never in my life had a toilet where you had to hold the handle down in order to flush it. I am very unhappy with them.

They worked over and beyond their call of duty: they came on time, they expertly installed the pipes and restored plumbing, better than before! Awesome hardworking Crew!

Quality work at a reasonable price. After replacing 3 bathroom sink faucets in our home, I noticed several of the 5 existing water shut off valves were leaking. Rather than replace the valves myself, I called the pros at Aqueduct to do the job right & avoid potentially catastrophic damage to my home. The job was done correctly and efficiently with quality parts. I'll always return to Aqueduct for our plumbing needs.

The entire crew did a great job. My interactions with David and RJ were very positive. I would recommend these guys for any project.

They fell through my bathroom ceiling, stuck a boot threw my kitchen ceiling, broke my vent hood in my bathroom, cut into my bathroom cabinets without letting us know and we had to send pictures and fuss to get them back out for repairs. Then they sent someone to confirm what we sent them before they would make the repairs. I had to miss work more than once so they could fix their mistakes. We spent over $12,000 for the work we had done and had a bunch of headache afterwards.

Justin came on time. He came to flush the water heater and did a great job. Plan to do it again next year. Aqueduct installed our water heater a few years ago and did a fantastic job. Our water heater is in our attic with not much room to move around.

I came home to discover our 20+ year old water heater leaking in the garage. Aqueduct came over in less than an hour after I called. Nate and Javier explained that the leak was coming from the tank and on top of it's age, the only option was to replace it. Their price quote was half of what another company wanted to charge. They replaced the water filter, water fittings and gas lines. Then took the time to show me how to re-lite the gas and how to perform a yearly flush due to Houston having hard water. Not only did they do an excellent and prompt job...I was educated on proper maintenance as well. I highly recommend your services to anyone looking for a plumber! A+++

I am a homeowner that recently used this company to repipe my home located in Schertz, TX. While repiping my home, the company damaged my irrigation system. The contract stated that they were not responsible for repairs to damaged irrigation lines.

However, this company breached the contract and not only replaced the irrigation line they damaged, but also broke the backflow preventative valve due to negligence. The shut off the valve at the base of my irrigation line (red) was replaced by the plumbing company with a pipe that had NO shut off valve. The plumber that came out to inspect the damage stated that the red shut off valve was unnecessary. Because of this false statement made by the plumber, who is not an irrigation specialist, the absence of the red shut off valve caused further damage to irrigation system.

Our area recently had a hard free and because there was no red valve to prevent water from entering the pipes exposed to the elements, the water froze within the back flow preventative valve, cracking the apparatus and rendering it inoperable. I have tried to reach out to this company to resolve this issue and have the damaged equipment replaced. I have not received any communication from the company regarding a resolution to their negligence and the replacement of the damaged and missing equipment.

Aqueduct plumbing is an excellent company to do business with. All of the personnel are so friendly, courteous, and professional. The office staff answers the phone continuously so you don't have to wait for a call back and they are very efficient at everything that is required for a job to be completed. They were quick, responsive, and very professional. They found the problem and fixed it which was less expensive and less invasive than what our contractor told us it would be. Any issues uncovered were immediately addressed. They are wonderful!
