I called Texas James Plumbing at 4:45 pm on a Thursday afternoon due to a 2nd floor bathroom sink clogged, over flowing, spilling over the edge to the bathroom floor then into a bedroom with carpet. Within an hour, the owner Tex was at my house. He was in and out of the attic multiple times as he determined the issue was a clogged AC line that drained to the sink. The issue was not an easy fix based on the way my attic is configured but he solved the problem and didn't leave until he ensured everything was draining the way it should. He was professional, upfront with the cost, and provided us tips on how to avoid this problem in the future. I also appreciated their text communication to let me know what time the individual would arrive, their name, their photo, and even updates of his ETA.

I called Texas James Plumbing because I had noticed some water pooling in my backyard. I thought it might be an underground pipe that was leaking. The technician, Rolando, came to my house in a matter of minutes. He determined that it was my neighbor's pipe that
was leaking. He was nice enough to go to the neighbor's house and explain the situation and showed him the amount of water that was in my yard. Rolando was very professional, helpful, and honest. I definitely recommend this company, 100%.

Well,firstly when I asked the dispatcher over the phone if there would be a service charge,she said "NO".When I told the serviceman I was not getting electricity to the well controls,he said they do not work on breakers,so there was nothing they could do.they charged me a service charge,and left without fixing anything. So I went straigt to my breaker panel,pulled the double breaker and found a small lizard shorting out the breaker. I went and bought a new one,replaced and fixed the well myself.I paid the service fee and felt like I was ripped off.The guy did not know the first thing about my water well. I JUST WONDER HOW MANY OTHER ELDERLY PEOPLE THEY HAVE RIPPED OFF.

damage to property and they determined it was not a water leak from any pipe. The leak was water damage from heavy rain leaking into the home from the roof.
They were professional and honest with much integrity. They truly set the bar for all their colleagues. Hats off to Ivan and Shawn. If you have a problem with Plumbing call these two. I know I will.

Jayden and Clayton came out from Texas James Plumbing within an hour of us calling and was able to take care of a water leak the same day. They got our water back on in a few hours, discussed all of the options for repair and replacement and got it taken care of, highly recommend!

Requested a rep from TJP come out for a Tankless Water Heater flushing which we haven't had done in a couple years. The tech came out and took care of the project in minimal time. He replaced the filter and even showed us what came out during his flushing (ooof). He provided such a good service he actually got us to subscribe for a yearly service through their company. Just to confirm to everyone, this is the third time we've used TJP and like I informed the tech, they get first right of refusal on all of our plumbing needs. Two Thumbs Up !!!

Highly recommend these guys ask for Rolando Pina he and his apprentice got the job done quick were helpful in recommending what and I needed and took the time to share why. Both guys had a great attitude and worked their tails off!!! I will definitely be sending people their way. Oh did I mention I called to check availability and they were at my house within 30mins.

Texas James Plumbing will be and will always be the only plumbing I will ever use. I have not had the best of luck with plumbing at my home from my main line having a leak, clogged toilet, hot water heater replaced and now my line going to my water meter, but every time there is an issue I call Texas James Plumbing and they are there same day. I called for a leaking tub drain. I was told it would be a free estimate. I gave the specifics of where everything was. I was informed that the worker would call an hour before arrival and that I could go into all the details at that point. Over 3 hours past his appointment time I got the technicians number from the person who referred me. He had turned on the faucets upstairs and found the leak through the now soaked sheetrock. DO NOT USE THEM!! You've been warned. You can't afford it.

Rolando took care of all our plumbing issues, as well as installing a new tub and overseeing the installation of a tile surround. During the whole process, he kept us informed and was very professional. We are very happy with our results, and will highly recommend Rolando and Texas James Plumbing.

What impressed me most was their honesty — instead of rushing the job, they took the time to fully locate the leak, explain what needed to be done, and kept us updated throughout the process. The repair ended up being more complex and time-consuming than expected, but they stayed until it was fully resolved (ended up being there till 11:40pm) and didn’t cut corners.

Called Texas James Plumbing for a facet install. Same day appointment on a Saturday. They were by far the most professional plumbing business around the league city area such as calling in for an appointment, confirmation and also tracking when the technician would arrive. Rolando was my technician and he came out on time and replaced my previous faucet. He actually helped me pick out the design on a new faucet to fit my home.
