I thought I had a water leak in the attic on Saturday. I called Repipe Specialist Sunday and left a message and followed up on Monday. The receptionist had scheduled Aqueduct between 8 AM-12 noon to look into the problem, they did not get here till 345pm. I missed my exercise class and I did not get to go run the errands I had planned, because of waiting all day.
Then when they got here, Josh went in the attic and he said it was leaking from up above the roof. He took a picture of it. I appreciate him letting me know. He was very prompt and efficient.
I do want to say I think $195 for 15 minutes was overpriced.
It was not very easy to get someone here as I was on the phone several times trying to get an appointment which took two days, just overpriced. $$$.

Completely Repiped my home and replaced my water heater.

Crews were very good overall from replacing my water line from the meter to my house, replacing my 50 year old existing home pipes.

I was worried as they cut thru sheet rock but after installing the pipe with insulation around it the sheet rock repair began.
The sheet rock guys were very effective and the repairs were great and floated and taped to hid the repairs.

The painting NOT part of the contract was completed and was equally satisfying.

The process from bid, approval to install was very good overall. Any issues (few) were quickly handled to my satisfaction. Office staff always help.

Aqueduct Plumbing deserves your consideration for work you need.

The technician Roel, arrived at the same time as I reached the house. When we entered Ronald Oliver said there was no light on the panel. I laughed and told Ronald that he probably just needed to change the battery. The tec said" let's start there. He took the panel off the wall and we all looked at the batteries and they were indeed corroded. Ronald had extra batteries and once they were replaced the panel lit up. Roel the technician was were patient and kind and took in consideration the age of Ronald and understood it was just a Sr citizen having a Sr. moment. He did recommended the Ronald get a maintenance plan set up for Abucus to come bk out to make sure things were still working OK. He praised Abucus for how the provide excellent service to all their customers. Therfore in the future if any services are needed we will definitely be calling Abucus and requesting Mr Roel because of his professionalism and kindness.

Over the last 3 years I’ve had very few issues with my plumbing, but each time I give Knights Plumbing a ring, they’re fixing the problem within a few hours.

Quick, fairly priced, and knowledgeable for every issues I’ve thrown at them.

Couldn’t recommend them enough.

When you call a plumber you prepare for the worst. When you call these guys you get the best. Can't say enough about how great they are to work with. From price to customer service they can't be beat. If you got this far and have not called them yet you are doing yourself a disservice

Great work as always! I highly recommend Aqueduct Plumbing. They are reliable and their services are reasonably priced. I’ve never been disappointed in any of their work.

Company is not very forthcoming with prices, lies about ads on the radio ( says it's not their ad on ESPN 97.5 when their name is clearly mentioned at 2:28pm on January 5th 2025), added $450 because inspection failed for TPN valve for replacement. Then wants to charge even more to repair sheet rock that they cut to repair TPN valve. They don't keep customers informed when problems arise. Took over 3 weeks before they said it was finished as far as they were concerned. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone!!!!!!

Aqueduct Plumbing was awesome! They repiped my whole house and did an amazing job from start to finish. The entire repipe was done in just one day, they scheduled the inspection the next day, came back for drywall and plaster on the third day, and by the fourth day my house was completely back in order.

Everyone I dealt with—the office staff and the crew—was friendly, professional, and super respectful of my home and my time. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll definitely be using them for all my future plumbing needs!

At one of our medical offices. The water back flow was stolen and we had no water. I reached out to Aquaduct plumbing explained our situation. They immediately sent out a technician to get water into the office until hey get the right parts ordered. The next morning they came and finished the job.

My favorite plumbing company. I have been using them for about 15 years now, they always have the best price and fastest service. I had them install gas lines, toilets, shower pans, fix leaks and everytime the service has been great, reasonably priced and timely.

Aqueduct Plumbing exceeded my expectations! I had gotten a referral from a family member and was worried we were outside of their service area. However very pleased how quickly they responded and took care of the issue. They definitely earned a repeat customer!

Carlos and his assistant just left after installing a new garbage disposal. They did a fantastic job. Left the work area nice and clean. They both were polite and professional. I couldn’t ask for anything more. I’ll always call Aqueduct for my plumbing needs and you should too!!

I have used these guys now on multiple jobs big and small over the past year, and they are always excellent. I used them on the recommendation of my neighbor, who has been using them for years. My first job was a repipe of my house. A huge team of guys came out and knocked it out over two days without any issues. Their drywall contractor came in behind them and fixed all the walls so you could hardly tell anything had been done. Since then I have had them out to install new toilets and install a heat pump water heater most recently. Had a small issue with the water heater install, and the owner made sure it was taken care of to my liking. All in all, couldn't be more happy with their service and the quality of their work. Everyone on their team, from the owner, to the office staff, to all the plumbers are friendly, knowledgable and efficient. Definitely my "go to" plumbers from now on.

Aqueduct Plumbing is the best plumbing business in the area. I have used them several times and they are always on time, complete the work, and go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Jessica in the office was extremely helpful with our situation. She took care of all our needs and really went the extra mile. I will never use a different plumbing company. This one is the best!

What a great crew I had for two days, led by Jacob and his second in command Chris! They went above and beyond to complete the job- working well past sunset to make sure everything was completed (the driveway cut and repaired as well) and the house ready for dry wall. Really, really pleased! Thank you!!!

Man, it sure is nice when things just work the way they should! I needed a replacement faucet installed, along with a leak fixed. I called, made an appointment, the team came out, and the problem was solved - in under half an hour! I can’t brag enough about Jimmy & Santos - - they were efficient, pleasant, and completely professional. Thanks, Aqueduct! I’m your customer from here on out.

My home had to be completely Repiped due to galvanized pipe failure. Additionally, my water heater was replaced. There were numerous dry wall areas repaired along with the installation of new Pex A piping in my two story home. Every individual drywaller and repiper that worked in my home was professional and courteous. Their skill level was phenomenal and each of them seemed solely focused on getting the job completed to the highest standards. Each of them seemed an artisan in their own right while working flawlessly as a team. These folks worked hard and completed a fairly complex job in a couple of days. When any kind of glitch occurred, the on site folks as well as the administrative office folks coordinated seamlessly with me for prompt problem resolution. I tip my hat to Aqueduct for a job well done. I would use them again and most definitely give my highest recommendation.

This was my second tankless hot water heater installed by Aquaduct. Price was very competitive and workers were very good. They showed me pictures of the work and answered any questions. They also cleaned up very good after done. My unit at the old house was 6 years old and have had no issues and glad to have a new one at my new home. Highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

Installers did a great job on the installation. Did a good job of keeping the pieces they removed so it can be reinstalled by you or your drywall guy. Was doing a whole house remodel, so a few more pieces to repair wasn't a big deal.

Would definitely recommend them for your repipe job. Know what you want done and make sure it's on the contract and life will be good for you.

This company has many broken links in the chain of command. The permit was put in the wrong name and Jessica argued with me that it was my responsibility to change it. This is a falsehood this took my time and I had to call the company repeatedly. The crew came at inconsistent times and every excuse was made. My backyard was used as dumpster and they used my electric and did not unplug the items. The left tools all in the yard and did not pick them up
I requested to speak to the supervisor and he told them in the third day about that issue. They broke a pipe and did not inform me that they had to and I was told they had to do so to locate the line. There is no communication and it’s horrible due to the language barrier. They did replace the flanges on the toilet but used spray foam I reported this to Jessica and she made another excuse stating it’s just temporary. This is not a correct way to do this and any plumber would know this is a sanitation issue. I am shocked ant all the issues and the job is still not complete.
