Best plumbing company in Webster Texas. Mikcah is the most professional plumber I’ve met. He communicates everything and you have a peace of mind hiring him. You know the job is going to be done right. The price is right for the job that’s done. As The old adage goes... you get what you pay for. Quality work. Stand up plumbers. Great family business.

My husband and I were very satisfied with the service provided by this company recently. They were on time and the plumber was very helpful and friendly. He took the time to explain the issue and the repairs required. He was also very efficient and professional in his work. We will use this company again for future needed repairs.

Had a sewer line clogged and had to get someone out quickly to clean it out. Kevin and Chris came out quickly and were able to address our problem quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend if you need plumbing services done.

We had a bathroom tub faucet leaking from the cartridge which we couldn't stop unless you turn off the main water line to house. Rick came out to our house on a saturday and he knew exactly what to do and fixed it quickly. He took the extra time to make sure there were no leaks on both hot and cold. He was very polite and kind and respectful. It is very hard to find trustworthy contractors and quality as we have been through flooding of Harvey and I can say Ingram plumbing will be doing my plumbing for now on. He even sent me a thank you card which I have never in my life had someone do for a service. That is 6 stars.

We have had Rick to our house for everything from a quick faucet repair to a tunnel under the house to repair a main water line. Every repair was completed quickly and no detail was left unattended. Ingram Plumbing to the rescue again! 8 kids and 4 clogged toilets on a Saturday late afternoon, but Ingram plumbing was out and had them all working in under an hour for a very reasonable price.

I was out of town for a week and I returned to a home without water service due to a small leak in the front yard. Called Ingram Plumbing on a Sunday and Rick responded immediately. I worked with John Ingram to replace a hot water heater at one of our rental properties in Clear Lake. John was extremely efficient with his time which equated to efficiency with my time. His depth of knowledge about plumbing issues gave me a high degree of comfort immediately that our problems were going to be solved the right way. I called Ingram Plumbing at 4:45pm on a Tuesday to discuss the issue, we arranged a meeting at the house at 2pm the next day and by 9am Thursday the job was done. Ingram Plumbing is going to the top of my list of service providers. Highly recommend.

I had Ingram Plumbing replace my two 50 gal. water heaters with there recommended one tank-less water heater. They covered my carpet and wood floors before starting. These guys were in and out in just 5 hours leaving my house with no issues. I can't believe how energy efficient the tank-less water heater has been. I have seen my gas bill drop by $25.00 on the average.

They have now completed two large plumbing projects for our church and each one has been done on time, in or under budget and well done. Sister-in-law’s pipe burst during the freeze. We recommended Ingram Plumbing to her as she was new to the area and we had been happy with their service before. She called the day of the burst and they were able to come out the next day, which was very impressive as other plumbers were advertising waiting times of over a week. They called before coming over and were able to find and fix the problem and even turned on her water and searched for additional issues. We are happy to recommend Ingram Plumbing and will be using them again when we need a plumber.

Rick Ingram is not only a trustworthy individual but an awesome plumber. I have known him for at least 10 years and have used him many times over that time period. He responds quickly to my plumbing problems and I have had many due to the age of my home. His prices are reasonable and his employees are good workers also. I recommend him and his company to anyone.

Ingram plumbing was great. Kevin from the company was there at the exact time. He was professional and got the job done quickly. He explained to us the reasons for the clog and how he was able to remove the clog. We also discuss how to prevent the problem from happening again. Overall a great experience.

These guys are amazing! Selling my house & needed items from the buyer's inspection assessed.  John arrived when he said he would!  He spent 15 minutes assessing what needed to be done, made great suggestions & gave me options for repairs. I didn't do the work that day & even though he didn't know whether his company would get the job or not, he didn't charge me a trip fee. How great is that?!  I called them back a few days later & they came out the same day.  They made all the needed repairs & changes at a very, very reasonable price. I would trust them with any size plumbing job.  I can't recommend them highly enough.

We had a plumbing emergency that flooded our house. Our usual plumber couldn’t get to us until the next day. So I called Ingram. A supervisor came out right away and explained some of the possible causes, from simple to complicated. His crew showed up not longer after, and quickly assessed and fixed the problem; luckily, it was a simple fix. They didn’t charge us until we had a few days to make sure the problem had been fixed, and their rates were very reasonable. They are my new plumber! I’m calling them first next time!

Update 2 years later: Ingram continues to impress. After getting three quotes for a tankless water heater they were the lowest. About a year later we had a mysterious water leak. They came out quickly, and determined one of the pipes they installed for the water heater had failed. They took full responsibility and paid for sheetrock repairs. Honest plumbers who stand by their work are worth their weight in gold!

These guys are awesome. Not only did they come pretty quick on a Saturday but I had a new water heater the same day! Every other plumber I called was trying to overcharge due to it going into weekend time and John gave me a very reasonable and fair price. This was a blessing to my family and I at a time when we couldn’t afford to pay higher prices. Thank you so much John and Ingram Plumbing for taking care of people at the highest level of customer service possible. The professionalism and knowledge that we were given with our situation exceeded our expectations for sure. I can only say that I wish we encountered contractors like them for every job. Once again, thank you John and Ingram Plumbing. These guys are my go to plumbers for now on!
