Excellent and fast service on a Saturday morning to replace the frozen valve connectors preventing the installation of our new washing machine. Mario and Koby were very professional. It was our first time with Space City Plumbing and we are very pleased. Already recommended them to friends. We will call them again whenever in the need of a plumber. Thank you!

Had a clogged drain and a leak inside our garage. After talking to two other plumbers one who said he would need to tear out our cabinets and the other suggesting to reroute our entire plumbing system, we called Ingram plumbing and they were able to fix the issue at a reasonable price. Very professional and knowledgeable. Explained not only exactly what was happening but why the other plumbers suggested those other courses of action. Would gladly recommend to anyone else.

We were in a bit of a dire situation on a Saturday afternoon. I called 10 other places, and got nothing. I was told to wait until next week. We didn't have a toilet.

Long story short, I called Ingram Plumbing Co., was answered by a professional, and explained it will be extra for the weekend. I like it when there's transparency and honesty. I then described the issue and they came 20 minutes later, did a splendid job and were clean, courteous, fast and polite.

Such a breath of fresh air in a world that forgot everything about customer service and honesty.

Amazing service! Kevin was knowledgeable and very straightforward , arriving early and got right to work. He was able to answer all my questions without hesitation while guiding me thru the process. I have never heard of a tree root in a pipe but they were able to come out same day as call in and repair the following day. Great price and quick service compared to others in the area.

Our home was closing and we needed the water heater replaced. I called Ingram Plumbing and they gave me a fair quote and had the water heater installed the next day. From office to field crew they were couteous and efficient, finishing under quote.

We had a leak right at the water meter, on our side. In looking at Nextdoor, I read about the same problem that someone was asking for good Plumbers to fix it, and Ingram came up with a good review, so I found the Google Maps page with reviews, and it had very many 5 star reviews, and very few lower than 5. They where close so that was good too. Called them, and Kevin Ingram came in about an hour, and found the leak, explained problem, gave us an estimate. We agreed, and in about another hour he was done fixing the leak, and showed us what he had done to not only fix the leak, but how he used a flexible tube to avoid the problem with PVC pipe fitting cracking. Then he filled in the hole, and now no leak. The person that did the repair was Kevin Ingram, and a worker that has to put his name behind the work, and in the name of the business, is more likely to want to do things right.

Kevin (master plumber) came out within an hour or so of our phone call. He assessed the situation (a leak on our side of the meter), explained how he would approach the repair, and estimated the cost and how long the repair would take. He completed the work within the estimates, and also gave a senior discount to help. Great communications skills and customer service attitude. No more hunting plumbers for any future issues; we'll call Ingram first.

Blue Taylor came out and completed our job. He did a great job of explaining everything to us, including what he was doing, what he recommended we do and how much it would cost. We are very pleased with the quality of work and the time it took. Blue was very professional through the whole process.

Eric and Johnny were polite, efficient, and didn't leave a mess. I enjoyed working with them very much! Very cool guys. I got four quotes and theirs was second lowest but came with warranty. They explained the situation in detail and provided a detailed quote before any work was done. The receptionist is also amazing! She's always happy to help and truly enjoys her job. Overall, a fantastic experience! I will definitely call them in the future!

This is the second time Blue has come out for two separate issues. And once again, he went above and beyond with helping me understand the issue. He was professional, punctual, and honest. This is the third time using Alliance and it has always been a pleasant experience. Would highly recommend them.

Seemed to be efficient. Work explained and done quickly. I was surprised at the cost but everything seems to be double what it was a few years ago.

Jonathan did excellent work in replacing my bathtub faucet stems and hardware. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining what he saw were the issues and a couple of plans on how he could correct the problem with the price of each. He was on time, very professional and polite and left the work area clean. Excellent service!!

When I bought my first house I had a home warranty that called alliance when my toilet started leaking. They gave me the run around and charged me so much to raise the flange and a bunch of crap. After all that the toilet still leaked and THEN the plumber was like oh the toilet is cracked. They also installed a cheap plastic flange that of course broke. We compared their prices to other plumbers and it is typically triple the cost for way worse service. We have gotten quotes for new toilet installation and water heater replacement and they both were outrageously high. We have went through home depot to get both installed and have had way better service for a way better price.

He was knowledgeable, efficient, very professional and also helpful with tips and advice for potential future issues. Great job all around! We have used Alliance Plumbing in the past, and will continue to do so in the future. They've done great work for us.

Jonathon and Waylon came to help me out today to give an estimate on some plumbing work at our home. They were on time, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and nice. They even fixed our kitchen sink faucet for free (removed some buildup), on the spot. Amazing. Thank you! Update- I had another plumbing problem and had to call again.
