More than I wanted to spend, but they were the only plumbers I could get late on a Friday night one day after Christmas. The person that did the job was very nice and took extra care explaining the work and cost for the job. It was a fair price given my situation.

Alliance Plumbing was very courteous knowledgeable and professional. They explained in detail the options that were available to detect and correct the water leak. No pressure was used for me to make a decision.

They wanted nearly a grand to do a toilet rebuild. I knew I just needed a new tank gasket. Got manager override to do just that for 300 (lol) with no guarantees or warranty, which I thought was fair. Then the tech took the toilet apart before realizing the plumbing store wasn't open to get the right part.

So he just... Left. And this company thought that was fair. Left me 300 dollars lighter with zero work done. I went to the plumbing store the next day and fixed it myself for 30 dollars. Shouldn't have ever called these guys.

Tough to leave a bad review for a small business. But this experience warranted it. I'd never leave a customer with an excuse of "well sorry store isn't open, so bye and good luck. Thanks for the money."

Kelly did a great job scheduling my work. Alfredo was at my door step within 2 hours and did a very professional and excellent job repairing two toilets at a very reasonable price compared to other estimates. No complaints and would highly recommend using Alliance.

If this is your contractor, make sure you call them as soon as you buy house and ask the things that are under warranty. They don't even fix the things that they missed themselves at the first place.

We are using IES Residential for a large renovation in Kemah. I have been working with Brody and Will, they have been on top of everything and have helped take care of the electrical on this project. If you are doing work in this area I would recommend doing business with them.
