I had a problem with my heater that had been going on for years and two other companies tried to fix it but it just kept coming back. Aireserv sent Kevin Keller out and he was finally able to find the problem and fix it! Turns out that was just a bad thermostat when everyone else kept thinking it was the gas valve or the controller. Thanks so much guys!

I had such a great experience with Air Serv. My old AC failed, so I ended up getting a full HVAC system replacement — new AC unit, new furnace, and updated refrigerant lines. It’s a big job, but they made everything easy and completely stress-free.

Met Byron at the neighborhood park and we spoke while our kids played. Eventually got around to contacting Aireserve for a visit. We have a very tight schedule and under our current circumstances time is very limited and we are in constant motion. If there is 100 things to do, it's actually 101. Byron completely understood, listed to us and answered plenty of questions prior to coming out. He offered a time that would best work with our needs and not Aireserv's. He and Kevin showed up sharp, handled business, verified the quality of their work, gave us feedback, had a brief conversation, shook hands and left. We are a very aware, private and careful family and this day and age we do not let many people come to our home unless absolutely needed or we know them personally. We feel we made the right choice in choosing Aireserv to help us, so we say thank you and will choose them in the future for our HVAC needs.

As we are in a lower AC usage part of the year I had AireServe out to service my Condenser. They provided a very thorough cleaning of the entire external system. They efficiently dismantled needed sections and cleaned thoroughly. Really enjoyed the timeliness and professionalism of Byron and his staff. Also, I REALLY enjoyed that there was no evidence of the process being done anywhere in the area they worked.

Kevin K. Just finished a service call at our home for our 6 year old a/c unit and we can’t be happier! Awesome service etiquette! Explained everything that it needed and why and everything he was doing. Gave us very good advice on preventative maintenance. Kevin is an awesome service guy. Great pricing for the service given. Very honest and no BS! Kevin will be the only one we request in the future!

Durrell with ARS was very thorough and knowledgeable. He immediately identified the issue and let us know the plan of action. Once done, he gave a follow up of what he did! He had great customer service skills!

The technician showed up to clean a drain that goes from my backyard to the street it's about 50 ft. It drains okay but I think there may be a little bit of mud residue in it. The technician walked out of his truck and he was eager to give me the actual price that he was going to cost me. He said they agreed upon price of $83 is not even going to scratch the surface. So I thanked him and send him on his way. I'm riding this approximately 15 to 20 minutes after he left. I already used my water hose and shoved it in the 4-in pipe and the drain is clear as a bell.

While the price was a little higher than desired, the technician was very professional and did a great job helping bringing our very old water heater back up to code. New lines, new water heater, no drain pan and line, very pleased with the overall final product we received.
