I called several plumbers when I needed a gas leak fixed prior to a two-day Houston freeze. Ingram sent a plumber out the same day to check out our situation. He informed me that he could do the job, but there were some major drawbacks to the way he was able to do it, including lots of extra time, sheet rock work, and money. I told him another plumber told me they had the right tooling to do the job a much simpler way. The Ingram plumber knew what I was talking about, explained what THAT process was, and suggested I go with the other plumber. Pretty refreshing that a company is so honest that they would tell me to go with a different company to do the job better, in this instance. I will definitely consider Ingram in the future based on this exchange.

We recommend Ingram Plumbing. They are honest and are highly competent with advanced plumbing issues. They helped us with sinks, toilets, hot water heater, bathroom tub issues and other issues over the years.

I came home to a busted pipe. After many referrals, I went ahead with Ingram Plumbing after a close friend’s excellent experience with them. One of the reasons for their 5-star review is due to their professionalism. The other reason is for their accommodations. They informed me that they don’t quite service my area. But after talking to them about my restricted schedule, they were able to give me a quote through a text-video of the site. This saved me a lot of time of calling and scheduling for new estimates. And of course all the service fee that would’ve accumulated. Kevin and Jonathan were professional while they were at my house working and explained to me what they are doing. I am glad I went ahead with my friend’s recommendation and selected Ingram’s.

Ingram Plumbing is a responsive and professional plumbing company. Nobody wants to have leaks or clogs, but these folks will make things better at a fair price. We have worked with the father and now the son for over 20 years. A family owned business and is our first call when we have trouble. You will be impressed.

HIGHLY recommend. Was having an issue with the gas cutoff valve to my cooktop and installation of new cooktop was scheduled for the following day. Ingram was able to come out within a couple of hours of contacting them and the fixed the issue. Professional and courteous crew. They are definitely my go-to plumber now.

I went in for some advice and to see if I could purchase a part. Kevin went in the back and gave me one brand new for free, also gave me advice on how to install it. Nice to see honest people like that. Hard to trust people these days trying to make a quick buck.

I would highly recommend Ingram plumbing. Kevin and Christopher were very accommodating and made sure to let me know when they were on the way. They were professional and quick. They replaced my garbage disposal in less than 45 mins and had provided me a quote before showing up. I’ve been looking for a trustworthy plumbing company in the area and I’m so glad I found them. Ingram was very professional and very fair on pricing. I worked with Kevin, and my most impressive experience was on how efficient they were. Had the water main break a few days ago. Called Ingram the next morning and they got me on the schedule very quickly. The repair was done right and I felt the price was fair. They are definitely my go-to plumbing company now.
Edit: Water heater began leaking recently and, once again, I called Ingram. I had the same experience as before- they got me on the schedule quickly and did a terrific job installing the new water heater. They likely aren't the cheapest, but you won't find anyone who does a better job (you can definitely find plenty of people who will do a worse job) and I think their prices are certainly fair. They will continue to be my first choice if I need plumbing services again.

Installers were professional, clean, and friendly. My water heater went out and my home warranty company wanted me to wait a week for some to come out. I couldn’t keep taking cold showers, so I made the call to Ingram Plumbing and someone came out and installed same day! The install was timely and after install showed my husband his work and how to change temperature on new water heater. I was very impressed and will use them for future projects!

Highly recommend Ingram Plumbing. I submitted a request for service on Friday evening and received a response with 10 minutes for planning an appointment on Monday.

Technician arrived on time and inspected my issue. He offered a suggestion for what he thought was the issue - something I could easily do.

He still quoted me the replacement service I requested but I followed his suggestion and resolved the issue myself.

While I will likely not be moving forward with the replacement quote at this time, their honesty and professionalism secured my business in the future. Highly recommend this Team!

Ingram Plumbing was great! Kevin was able to assess our valve problem in the morning and replace the valve that afternoon. He and his co-worker were on time, worked efficiently, were helpful, informative and professional. They just did a great job! I also appreciated Kevin’s explanation regarding our old non-functioning gate valve and the new valve. Very happy with our experience and would highly recommend them.

Can't speak to the quality of work but I can speak to their ridiculous pricing. I called about a simple issue and was told the Service Call itself was $ 250.00. They are located NOT EVEN half a mile from my house. I even explained the issue and was certain it would be a very short call. Not willing to raked over the coals I then called ARS. There competitive rate was $ 69.00. They came this morning on a Saturday and drove in from HUMBLE. Fixed the issue in 30 mins TOPS. I tipped the Certified Plumber 30 bucks and when I change out my old galvanized steel pipes I will be calling? ABS. Getting a local Plumber should not cost an arm and a leg.

Great and fast service! I had to call for backup on replacing my tub drain and they were quick and knowledgeable on fixing the issue without cutting any pipes; just shows how experienced these guys are. I will definitely use their services for future plumbing needs.

Ingram Plumbing is run by honest, caring individuals loaded with integrity! They cleaned out my sewer line that kept plugging. The third time they came out, at no expense to me, determined to find the clean out . It was buried underground. They were able to run a camera through the line to discover damage, that occurred 20 years ago caused by a contractor working for the city and it was improperly repaired. Therefore, the city is repairing the line. There's no way I could have gotten the proof without Ingram's determination to find the clean out. They had to do a lot of digging.!! Thank you Ingram!
