Brandon and Jess were great. Communicated everything that was wrong with the toilet and fixed it within minutes. Even provided recommendations on different brands of toilets.

Carlos came out for yearly maintenance. He and Kyle (I think) did a great job. They were quick, polite, professional. Carlos explained everything and made sure my questions were answered.

Called late in the day looking for someone that could come out same day as the water to the house was off do to the main waterline being cut and they said no problem. They sent Jorge out and he was able to resolve my busted pipe and had my water back on within 30 minutes of being onsite. Thanks Jorge much appreciated!

Thank you for responding so quickly on a Friday afternoon to our distress of the blockage causing our air conditioning to not work correctly. Kyle Leeper and his apprentice came out around 4pm and quickly were able to find the problem and now the a/c is cooling again. So pleased! We will call again and sing your praises!

Noah with Plumbing Outfitters showed up at the appointed time. He brought with him all the tools needed, and unclogged the kitchen drain promptly.
Before leaving he shared information on what we could do on a weekly basis to help keep the drains clean for longer periods of time.

Noah and Plumbing Outfitters did a quality job of taking care of our hot water heater flush and then dealing with an additional problem that called for attention, all accomplished promptly and at a reasonable price. Noah was focused on carefully attending to the job at hand, while being more than willing to explain what steps he was taking and answering the questions I had.

Brandon handled our condensate line clean out expertly and with utmost care. As well he also switched out an existing built in soap dispenser which was on the fritz with another soap dispenser ( a soap dispenser which I had on hand to provide). Very competent work. Though a young man Brandon appears to be very mature and earnest in his comportment.

They call themselves Plumbing Outfitters, but brand themselves as "affordable plumbing". Now maybe it's just me, but $1,800 for 2 toilets with instillation on their first visit, $2000 for a kitchen faucet and instillation on the second visit, and almost $300 to unclog a single toilet that took like 6 minutes to do on their third visit doesn't seem very affordable to me....am I the only one here? I got the plumbing part, still waiting on the affordable part.

The guys that came all do good work, don't get me wrong, but it isn't the work im struggling with. I keep going back because I keep forgetting that these are the guys with the sky high prices, but im starting to get more familiar with them at this point.

Noah showed up at short notice, figured out the issue, gave multiple options and walk through pro and cons each, good quote, job done in 45 mins during same visit - no fuss. Couldn’t go better. By the way this was a visit for free estimate whereas some folks charge service fee to come and take a look. Very Happy overall

These folks responded with short notice to a broken water line running through a ranch pasture and buried 32 inches in the ground. They immediately got to work, dug out the surface dirt and replaced the broken section with a super stout fix. They then tested the line . Kyle did a great job as well as his co-worker. I have used other plumbing companies in the Thorndale/Thrall area and this company is responsive and come ready to work. Very satisfied- A+. .Highly recommend . Mike S.

From Ms Brittany that schedules your appt to the technician, Mr Wade Bachmeyer & the other gentleman with him. They’re all patient & professional. Mr Wade was very knowledgeable & efficient. He identified the problem & was able to correct it within about 30 min. And lastly, the prices are fair & reasonable.
