Kyle came to my sister's house to work on her septic tank lines.
He was the nicest most helpful & respectful young man I have delt with in a long time. He explained what the options were to fix the problem for the short term and the long permanent fix. He didn't pressure us in anyway to decide what to do. From now own if I need a plumber I will call Outfitter Plumbing. This company is amazing. And Kyle was wonderful.

Jorge Reyes has arrived at the promised time and has done excellent job of fixing the issue including getting the part required immediately and has honestly advised about the water leakage issue. We recently moved to this house, and found the water drained in the lavatories and tub was slow. Requested quotes on the yelp. Plumbing Outfitter was one of the first few responded, and could come on the same day (this is not an emergent service).
Brandon came on time, he called in advance to notify his arrival. He was professional and friendly. He explained the issue, possible causes and solutions clearly. he cleaned the buildup in the tub and one of the lavatory. For the other lavatory, he found the stopper was set too low. He also checked the water pressure and water hardness for me. The service Brandon provided was great. The reason we took off one start was due to the steep price. $385 for the mentioned service, and quote for replacing a kitchen faucet is $515 (labor only).

My biggest mistake was not calling them first. Hydrojetter was the answer but the attention to detail, doing the job right, and being courteous was reassuring that the problem was finally going to be resolved. Not every company has the right equipment. Not every company keeps the cost as affordable as they can. It took time to really clean the line of a large amount of grease. (No… I don’t put grease in the drain) I did video the water and chunks going out of the lines to the septic tank. Attached a screenshot. Wade was the best! His knowledge and ability to explain was priceless.

Great prompt service. We will always use Plumbing Outfitters for all our plumbing needs. Not only were they polite and cleaned up afterwards, but showed us exactly what the problem was and gave us confidence in the repair. This is the second time we’ve used this company and we’re extremely happy.

Easy to schedule and fast prompt service. Had issue with a clogged sink and the technician was able to quickly address my issue. I also had him look at water heater and it was very refreshing to not be inundated with an upsell attempt as things were in working order. I appreciate the integrity of the technician (Gorge) and will be using this company for all my plumbing needs.

Brandon and Coy came out today to diagnose and repair some drain line issues in our home. They were both respectful of our home inside and out, got the job done at a reasonable price and cleaned up the work area after finishing. Brandon gave a few suggestions for future work that we’ll consider as well. Brittany in the office was also fantastic and got us on the schedule quickly! 10/10

My kitchen sink busted last night, literally the pipes fell off and water all over the kitchen. Well, I put in a request for service on Yelp and got so many messages offering to help but Plumbing Outfitters were the only ones able to come out this morning. Noah arrived and was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He provided me a couple of quotes and informed me of other services provided, not pushy at all just gave me some great info. Once I got the price I asked if he would be able to repair today and he said yes. It's 10:18am and my sink is fixed!!!! As a woman who's home alone with her kids I appreciated the text they sent with a pic and bio of the person coming to assist, I didn't feel like I was being overcharged, and overall I am extremely satisfied. I will be using Plumbing Outfitters for all of my plumbing needs in the future and you should too!! Easy and stress free situation. Thank you Plumbing Outfitters!!!!

We replaced a tank water heater with a tankless in the attic above the bedroom closet, but we had. No reliable way to reset it after power outages until Noah installed a wired thermostat into the wall in the closet below the attic. Perfect reliable solution!

Carlos did a fantastic job of explaining my issues and giving several repair options. Half way through the job he found a hidden solution that made the job easier. He had the honesty to lower the price instead of just sticking to original estimate. True integrity, competency and honesty. We recently had to have our hot water heater replaced. Plumbing Outfitters was recommended to me by a coworker and I’m so glad we used them. They were so easy to contact, came out very quickly, and were super responsive and knowledgeable. I appreciated getting a text from the company before they arrived, sending a picture of our technician, Noah and a little information about him so I knew who to expect. Noah was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He replaced the water heater, was familiar with the required permitting process, and walked us through all the work he’d done. The inspection passed quickly and the project closed out. It was a quick and painless process! We very much appreciated the professionalism and quality of work. I’ve already recommended Plumbing Outfitters to someone else and am definitely keeping them in my contact list.

Plumbing Outfitters is the only plumbing company I trust. We've used them several times and the results have always been outstanding. They text you information on who will be coming and when they'll arrive, and every plumber has been friendly and professional. You don't just want anyone coming to your home, but you never have to worry with PO. Recently we had Matt help us install additional lines. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had a solution that looked great and functioned perfectly.
