I highly recommend Plumbing Outfitters. I used them for a new hot water heater install. Scheduling was quick and easy. They showed up on time and did the work in the promised time frame. Matt was neat and skilled. The final install looked great. He was inventive in making the install fit our needs.

I had this company out for a water line issue in my yard. The quote was $996 to excavate and repair a line up to 1” in diameter with a 2x2 hole, minus a $75 discount, leaving the total at $921. They did offer to cut the cost in half if we dug the hole ourselves, but with my husband’s injured back and my carpal tunnel, that wasn’t possible.
The plumbers were polite and professional, but I feel the pricing was very steep for the work performed. This wasn’t an emergency — I had the water turned off while waiting for repair — so I had time to shop around but didn’t, and I regret not getting a second opinion. Paying over $900 for what seemed like a relatively small job left me feeling overcharged and taken advantage of.
I received an email saying they did a seven point inspection, which did not occur and the photos are black where I guess the inspection should have been done. I was not aware that the services came with a 7 point inspection. The work was completed, but I would strongly recommend anyone considering this company to get multiple quotes before committing.

Jorge Reyes arrived on time, listened to my issues, and answered my questions. He provided a few options within our budget. It was our choice to begin the work that day. He explained they don't overbook, so they have the time to do the job right. We learned and signed up for their annual maintenance plan which discounted the items and services being done. It offers priority scheduling on future service and discounted pricing. The plan also included a free annual water heater flush! Renewing is a choice, not automatic. They are that confident that their plan speaks for itself. Jorge replaced both toilets and kitchen disposal as you'd expect a professional to do. The caulking is perfectly done and the disposal purrs when in use. We're so happy we chose Plumbing Outfitters.

First time with this company besides them coming to do the leak test when I had my foundation fixed. Just happened to have the same guy! My technician Matt Ford was awesome! He was very patient, knowledgeable, didn’t push me on anything. He made the whole experience not so terrible, dealing with any kind of plumbing issues can be stressful at times…I definitely would recommend and will be calling them again for any other issues!
