Constraction reviews in White Settlement, Texas

Great customer service, the supervisor Chris was on site the whole time. When they was done with the work Chris and I walked around and inspected. They helped through the whole insurance progress.

SR1 Roofing did my mother’s roof. They did a really good job. They kept us informed and always responded to us really quickly. Martin was very professional, and even did a walk through afterwards. We will definitely use them again.

From the first time we met Martin Perales we were so at ease with everything. He was very professional and extremely efficient and left no questions unanswered. SR1 and Martin worked with our schedule and always let us know what was to be done and when. From the hail damaged roof to the gutters and even the spots in the ceiling all workers were extremely nice and professional. I would highly recommend SR1 Roofing!!!

Nathan and SR1 were professional, thorough and quick.

SR1 practically replaced all the roofs in my neighborhood so I decided to use them for my roof after a previous company did a poor job 3 years ago. I had a bad leak going into my garage, and Kevin was responsive and got me taken care of right away. They replaced my roof, and fixed my damaged drywall in the garage. The service was great, and I'd recommend them to anyone that needs their roof repaired.

I will never use another company other than SR1 Roofing. Martin was amazing! The process was super easy. He found damage that I wasn’t even aware of. He also got us an upgraded roof, new gutters and fence. Super thankful to been under such good care from an honest person and company.

Extremely professional roofing service that is easy to work with! I loved working with their team. The project manager took care of every little detail from the claim process, adjuster meeting, and even made sure the crews mess was cleaned up when they finished. They also made sure I was completely satisfied with the finished product. If you are looking for a roofer, I highly recommend them!

SR1 Roofing has been a WONDERFUL expierence. We had a storm come through and shingles were blown off. They came out the same day to apply a tarp. They were thorough on explaining the different types of shingles, materials, and anything else that needed to be discussed for the roofing process. They put your mind at ease especially going through a stressful time. On removal and installation day they were on time, very professional and did an amazing job! Cleaned everything up and made sure no nails were left behind. I am super pleased with the quality of work! Great customer service! Thank you for an amazing experience!!! Very efficient!!! Highly recommend SR1 Roofing!

We needed the entire back of our roof and decking replaced after decking damage was caused by a different contractor. John Martinez went above and beyond to patiently lend us his roofing expertise throughout the lengthy restitution process. Once our issue with the other contractor was finally resolved, John was able to work within the settlement budget to make our roof whole again. At every step, they we're very communicative and prompt, and did a fantastic job on the roof and decking replacement. I would highly recommend SR1.

Sr1 roofing was amazing!! I would highly recommend!! We just bought a house and Trevor and his team did an amazing job !!! They were all so friendly, super fast and the new roof looks so awesome!!!

There are not enough stars here for SR1! Kevin was very responsive to our needs to get the roof repaired quickly as our house was sold and the new buyers were getting ready to move in. From the inspection, to insurance, and completion of roof it was 7 days. Kevin was on the job site all day, making sure that roof trash and nails were collected. This was not our first connect with them either - small repair founded builder defect that saved us too. Great company to deal with and highly recommended! Thanks Trevor and Kevin!

SR1 did an excellent job on our home! Trevor and his team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, and everything was done as agreed to and in a timely manner. The roof looks wonderful and his team also replaced outside doors, installed new garage doors, painted the exterior, and replaced the gutters. The entire exterior looks fantastic! We especially appreciated his honesty and dedication to the job, and every contractor used was top notch. Thank you, SR1!!

Andreus was fantastic and the crew got our midsize house done in 1 day! Cleaned up well, and excellent follow-up and customer service. Would recommend!

Andreus came out and did a free inspection of our roof. After his inspection it was determined that we did actually need a new roof. I have never filed a claim for something like this but Andreus worked with me every step of the way. Once the claim was filed with the insurance company Andreus made sure to be at our house during the same time the adjuster was. I AM SO THANKFUL HE WAS! They tried to DENY our claim but Andreus was admit that I needed to request a re-inspection, and so I did!! He helped me by providing pictures and videos that he had personally taken during his initial inspection, he called to speak with the insurance company directly , and answered any questions or concerns that I had during the whole process. When they came out to do the re-inspection, Andreus was there AGAIN! This time they agreed, WE NEEDED A NEW ROOF!! He really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I felt like he really had our backs during the whole process. I would highly recommend to all of my friends and family.

We're extremely pleased with this company! Our representative, Kevin Cage, was professional and easy going, yet managed the project flawlessly throughout the process. And this review counts double because we were caught by the hail storm in May 2024!! Less than 24 hours after our roof installation, it was destroyed by the storm. Kevin was instrumental in returning and helping us through the process of filing claim #2, and then brought his crew back for a second installation! His crew arrived EXACTLY on time, and were finished and cleaned up in 6 hours. Any issues that arose were immediately addressed by Kevin. Although we don't wish for a 3rd new roof anytime soon :), I know we'll be calling SR1 Roofing without a doubt! Thanks Kevin and crew!!!!!!!

Cody and his crew did a fantastic job. Very professional experience. They did what they said they would do. Would definitely use they again. A world of difference with the last roofing company I dealt with.

Highly recommended, excellent service. Andrews and Chris were always attentive from start to finish. I am very satisfied with the work they did. Thank you guys for everything.

The timing was perfect. Did not have to wait. Codi Miser kept us informed of all aspects of the job. All work was completed in less than a week. Extra work was integrated and performed with excellence. Big thanks roofing team, gutter team, fence team, and interior guys. And to SR1 roofing….big shout out.

Had such a great experience that I HAD to leave a review. First off, Cody is the man! He was direct, knowledgeable, and understanding of our situation. Everything got done on time and they exceeded expectations. No one wants to have their roof worked on, but if you do, call SR1 Roofing and request Cody (I don’t know if you’re allowed to).

Trevor was a great guy to work with! He and his crew were always on time and easy to stay in contact with. It literally took the guys 5 hours to demolish, install and clean up. They tarped everything including our pool! Hopefully we won’t need another new roof anytime soon BUT if we do, we will only use SR1 Roofing!
