Filed complaint with TDLR - Failed over a DOZEN code violations! Run from these guys!!

I would recommend RJM, they are polite, professional, courteous and were able to service AC in a timely manner.

Rockin J Electric has been very reliable contractor for us. They have done many residential and commercial projects for us. Rockin J has completed projects from concept to completion and has met budget and and time restraints. There team is knowledgeable, helpful and turn over very clean professional work. Rockin J had done several jobs for me over the past decade or so from wiring my new builds, rewiring my demos (which takes patience and creativity), as well as, several agricultural projects. His team is always incredibly professional and patient with me and my progressive ideas lol. Their response is always timely and efficient but most importantly I always feel like I’m getting the full picture of my options. Justin, Alex, Oscar and everyone else I’ve worked with at this company have always been completely honest about the most cost effective ways to meet my goals that will last the life of my project. Arc Angel is definitely a company you can trust! The electricity went out in my garage and I called Arc Angel. I talked to Michael about the issue I was having. Eric came out to fix it. He answered my questions and told me what he was going to do. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly! I would definitely recommend Arc Angel to anyone who needs an electrician!!!

I was having a power outage issue in one room of our house that I just could not figure out. It ended up being a problem with a connected outlet in a different room. We never would have figured it out on our own! They discovered the issues and made the repairs quickly. Before anyone arrived at the house I received a phone call for clarifying questions, and was notified of the estimated charges upfront. This transparency was really nice and it was completely accurate! I’m not familiar with electrical work, so I don’t know how to rate the pricing, but I would say that it was worth the cost just for the professionalism and peace of mind they left me with. Michael and his guys were great and reminded me that their work is guaranteed so they can come back if I continue to see issues. I will be happy to use them in the future.

We had a lot of electrical work that needed to be done including replacing the circuit box panel. Arc Angel was professional, explained what they were doing step by step and reasonably priced. If we need additional work done, we will definitely call them again.

I called Arc Angel and was pleased and surprised that I reached the owner, Mike, who gave me, over the phone, a quote for the job that I needed done. He was so pleasant and nice, and they were able to come out the next day. The electrician, Chris, arrived on time and completed the job efficiently. The price was exactly the same as the quote. They are knowledgeable and seem honest. There is no "it will be $60 to walk in and then I can tell you the cost." I definitely recommend Arc Angel and will use them again in the future. Kudos to the owner and employees for the small business feel of this company and for a job well done.

This is the third time I’ve used Arc Angel Electric.

The first time I had them install 2 Ring Flood Light Cams, 2 Chandeliers, 4 ceiling fans, replace all the light fixtures throughout the house, and wire electricity and add lighting to my shed.

The next time I reached out was to install a Nest, replace 2 ceiling fans that another contractor broke, and change the bathroom light fixtures.

Today, they replaced a faulty ring flood light cam, installed 2 other Ring devices, replaced my chandelier light switch with a dimmer, rewired the shed to accommodate a 6.26 amp mini split and added an AC disconnect. I asked them to replace the remote and receiver to a ceiling fan. They attempted to do so and let me know that the fan was manufactured in away that would not take a third party receiver. They checked their schedules to see if they could accommodate allowing me to go to Lowe’s to purchase another fan and have them install it while they were here on-site. They did, and I was able to get the fan replaced. After completing the work, they walked me through all the jobs to show me that they were done and to make sure I saw that everything was working. The guys were patient, knowledgeable, and very respectful. They wore foot coverings in the house, kept the doors shut and the cool air in, and were pretty quick. I’d definitely recommend Arc Angel Electrical Solutions for any of your electrical needs.

$189 fee to get quote that was higher than another quote of $650. This company had responded first, so I wanted to give them the opportunity. I said that his quote was higher and that we’d just pay the $189 service fee for him not to do any work. Michael W replied that his quote was a bargain & the job should cost $2,000-$3,000. With that response, I wasn’t interested in working with this company!

Chris and his assistant installed a ceiling fan for me. Everything was top notch, from setting the appointment, getting reminders, being on time and completing the job perfectly. I would definitely recommend Arc Angel Electrical Solutions.

Arc Angels is amazing! I recently purchased a house and needed some electrical repairs done. They were able to quickly come out and fix all the issues in a timely manner. They also walked me through all the work and were able to explain everything that they did so I was able to understand it. I will be calling them for any and all my future electrical needs!
