Electrical reviews in White Settlement, Texas

Made an appointment, day and time. Eric and his team showed up right up on time. Did and excellent job and made sure I was completely satisfied when the job was completed. I highly recommend this company!

Eric was great installing 2 ceiling fans! I couldn't be happier! He had extra work to do because of my outdated previous fans. He was able to get parts and finish the job same day, the day before my July 4th big family gathering! He was very friendly, courteous, and professional. I cant say enough how happy I am with the work and the person who showed up!

The service call was fine, but the follow up was not. After getting an estimate of almost $6,000 for upgrading our system we checked with another company. They did a complete inspection as well and said our system was completely safe. Other family members have used the second company for years and have been satisfied with then.

I spoke originally with Michael, who was helpful and knowledge. When I got the work done, Chris - and a second man whose name I don't recall - came out to do the work.

Everyone was great! They got here earlier than expected, did the work quickly and efficiently, and made sure they cleaned up also. They recommended some additional components which would improve the entire install, and answered all the questions I had.

I recommend Arc Angel Electric to anyone who needs such work done!

The one star is for the owner( Micheal M) of the business, not for the techs. I needed work done on the house to get my power restored and up to code and had them come out. All they pretty much told me is that I needed my whole house redone $15000 and that was it. Charged me 250 for pretty much nothing and went on his day. Now (Micheal W, the director of services and sales) actually got In Touch with me and gave me some advice and ran me through some options. Needless to say I’m getting it done and up to code with some of his guidance and doing it my dang self. Also I’m not out $15000. Micheal literally saved me. I recommend him but not the company he works for.

Extremely impressed with the Arc Angel team. We had a full breaker box replacement and various other electrical repairs in an old house that had multiple issues, and their team was informative and extremely professional. They were so pleasant and respectful to have in my home and I will be using them again and again for any future needs!

Arc Angels was very professional and caring about my home. They talked to me every step of the way and included me in the decision making on my home. My home is very old and delicate working hands was used by Arc Angels. Michael Wright director was very helpful in explaining all the aspects of the electrical and how to bring an old house up to code. I have fire alarms now I did not have and I feel safer in my old home now. Thanks to all the workers that work so hard to make this happen. They worked really hard putting it all in. I would recommend Arc Angels to anyone looking to do any kind of electrical needs.

Hired Arc Angel Electrical to do a home inspection on an 84 year old house. Extremely thorough & presented a quote to fix what needed fixing in a clear, easy to understand format, priced by line item. All fair pricing. Plus Michael was on time - actually a few minutes early - and super easy to work with.

I'm very happy with my experience with Arc Angel. Mike, Chris, Eric and George were professional and polite, hard working and wanted to make sure I got what I needed. It was a huge job, with many unexpected hurdles, and Arc Angel was flexible and able to overcome them all. I'd definitely recommend them.

Michael was very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate him coming out on such short notice and providing a great experience. His attention to detail is impeccable. Overall a great expand he got the job done quick and efficiently!

Arc Angel fixed my sign at work and now it lights up like a charm! Definitely recommend!!

I've worked with Arc Angel multiple times now because they are reasonable and their employees are as courteous as they are knowledgeable. No surprises or disappointments.

Our electric panel shut down on a Sunday eve at 6 pm. The whole house without electricity. Michael tried to give us pointers to get it back working via phone & Facetiming, but nothing worked. He then came out to the rescue within 20 minutes and got us up and running with a temporary fix for the evening (which was very much appreciated in the heat of the summer and also saving our freezer and frig items.) Their technicians arrived the following morning and replaced/upgraded our 35 yr old electrical panel. We were only down for 5 hours during the process. The price was very reasonable and competitive. The price quoted was turnkey (no hidden fees and sales tax was included). I highly recommend Arc Angel for your electrical services.

This company is awesome! They replaced my light fixture with a new LED one. Very bright! Quick response and out the next day to replace it. Thank you so very much 😊 👍🏻

Arc Angel has accomplished a large amount of rewiring my home. They have made it safe from lightning strikes and any kind of electrical hazard!! Very reliable company.

Michael W was professional and very helpful in meeting my electrical needs in getting the necessary work done in a timely manner. He explained everything that was going to take place and made it happen. The price was reasonable and I would highly recommend him to everyone that needs an electrician. He was great!!!
Michael M and his crew were fantastic, very professional and took care of business. They all seem to enjoy doing the work and that makes the customer happy knowing that everything they did, was done with a lot of care and a good heart . I'm so glad I chose this company and if ever I need an electrician, they're my go to guys.

We had ceiling fans and switches installed that required new wiring. Arc Angel was easy to deal with and their bid was significantly lower than the next closest bid. They were on-time and on-budget. I took away a star because they had to enlarge a hole in the wall to add a switch, and they went a few millimeters too far so the hole shows a bit under the switch plate. Their cleanup after the work was pretty good, but we did have to vacuum and dust drywall fragments left behind. It would be more accurate if I could take away 1/2 a star. We will use them again.

Excellent work done by Chris and Michael! Outside outlets and wiring for a gate opener as well as running power to a detached garage. Service was prompt, friendly, professional and well priced. Thanks Arc Angel!

I hired Michael and his team at Arc Angel to help me with electrical work on an investment property. I'm out of state so it is key to trust the people you are working with. I had tenants in one of the units and no tenants in the other unit. Arc Angel did the job I hired them to do perfectly, provided an easy to read bid, were available to answer questions, and were in and out. On top of that they helped me navigate the most frustrating 28 hour interaction with Oncor. Michael was on the phone multiple times a day with me at all hours trying to help me resolve the issues with Oncor. I can not thank you enough!!!! ~Janet Price

I called Arc Angel Services based on their excellent Google reviews. Now I will add another 5 star review as Eric and Chris did an excellent job in replacing my electrical panel.
