We called the plumbing company to repair/replace our flangein the primary bathroom. Terry and his helper were very professional and knowledgeable . They quickly knew what needed to be done and resolved our issue. Plumb Shield Plumbing also takes care of our veterans by offering us a discount. We highly recommend this company.

We use Plumb Shield for all of our plumbing needs. The service guys have all been prompt, honest and reasonable for each repair. Today Terry and Damien came out, and they did a phenomenal job. They were done in no time and put in a better product than the builders did! I’ve referred Plumb Shield to my friends and family, and will continue to do so!

Nathan and Damian installed a brand new water heater for me. My water heater started having issues on the weekend, and I scheduled an appointment for Monday. Monday my problem was diagnosed and I was set up for a new water heater installation on Wednesday. Nathan and Damian were both extremely professional and knowledgeable and made the process seamless. Had a minor plumbing emergency on New Years Day that led to needing a plumber. With the water off to the house, we attempted to contact several other plumbers in the N.Fort Worth area and Plumb Shield was the first to speak with us. They had Terry to our house within an hour. After a quick quote, he got to work. No fee for him to come look at the issue, which is appreciated. Terry quickly resolved the issue that let us get the water back on in the house.Amazing service on New Years Day, definitely recommend using Terry.

This is the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. After their company vehicle cut me off doing ninety I called number on van only to be cussed out by owner. What a little man.

Is zero stars a possibility? False advertising, made up charges, triple the amount for simple work. All around the worst experience.

Came out to the house and said it was a city problem and when I asked him to come the next day to talk to the inspector no call no show.. Didn’t even call me to let me know if he was showing up or not.. Worst plumber ever.. Bad thing about this guy is I’ve used him in the past and it’s like he doesn’t care anymore.. Won’t be using this guys anymore

This guy is the most unprofessional rude plumber you will find ! If your looking for someone to rip you off leave your place in a terrible mess and talk to you like crap he is your guy !!! I also have tons of pictures of the crap work he did !!!! We were out MORE money from the damage he caused then anything!!! Dont waste your time or hard earned money with him !!!!!!!!

I have found the plumber I will be using for my house. We just bought a home less than a week later a major pipe broke these guys were great, honest hard worling very professional and they were so efficient and prompt. I love the work they did and were very reasonable with pricing. Not a money hungry company at all. Wonderful! Five stars well earned. :)

I might be renting the house, but I am an RMP company owner, with 22 years exerience. I was sleeping on sunday around noon with 102'f fever, and these guy/guy come without me knowing aythinga nd starts banging ion the wall with a hammer. I though somebody is trying to break in. Later on went out to see the work performed,a nd it looks like that ( see images) . A small bottle of caulking is $6 you know, and a small bucket or mortar that will last you a year is $20. F this was avendor of my realor compnay (if I had one) that would ve been the last job they d ever see.
Now seeing their rating and reviews I can sleep better, know I am noty the only one feeling that way!
