Horrible service has lied to us for over a month now and promised the problem would be fixed before we came back in town for thanksgiving we are here nothing has been done will not answer his phone still waiting for him to return my call from three weeks ago. I don’t know how he stays in business.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The dispatcher was rude when she was the one who didn't listen to the instructions. The worker who came out was bad mouthing the boss himself. This is a sad excuse of a company.

Called Westside Plumbing and they immediately came and fixed the issue.

I wish I had something nice to say about them but they never showed up. I called, left a voicemail and also text messaged the main cell phone number and nobody responded. I waited all day for them on my only day off.

Very prompt, friendly and thorough. They had my mother in laws toilet repaired in no time at all!

We have used them for years for problems at our church. Always dependable, fair prices and friendly. Will continue to use them as neededin the future.

WORST WORST WORST!!! Stay away! By far the worst service and plumbing service I have ever used. Came out for an after hour call, said they were not able to do anything until the next morning - told me they would attend first thing in the morning. Never showed up, until 330 PM. And still tried to charge me! Pathetic and awful "company", stay away!

should have looked at the reviews prior to contacting this company. They showed up on Thursday and gave me a price and told me they would be there Friday to do the job. They showed up to tell me that it was to wet for them to do anything. The said that they would come back on Saturday morning to suck out the water. They told me that would keep in contact with e. It has now been 5 days and not a word from them. Had to get under the house to fix it myself. You should run from this poor excuse for a company.

Very rarely do I leave negative reviews. I feel it is necessary, in this case, to warn others so you don’t get left in a lurch like I did. If I could leave negative stars I would. I spoke with Jimmy this morning. I let him know that neither of our toilets were working. We experienced this problem before and I knew exactly what the issue was. I explained it to him that one of our cleanouts was on the roof, and that that most likely he would need to do the clean out from the roof. We discussed my tight timeframe. I told him that I have patients which I needed to care for and I could meet him at 3:45, but I needed to be back at the office at five. He agreed to that timeframe.

When he came to my home, he was ill prepared. As I had said to him this morning, he would need to get on the roof to do the clean out. He was not prepared to do so. He was going to have to come back. He asked when I could meet him back here and when I told him, it was too late and he could not accommodate me.

I was livid. I gave him my parameters when we spoke on the phone. If he couldn’t meet those parameters, he needed to tell me on the phone, so I could get someone else who could. But he did not. Instead he wasted my time, and put me in a bind to get another plumber today, without getting charged an arm and a leg for after hours.

And if all of that wasn’t enough, he was rude. He said that I wasn’t making the time to take care of my problem. I tried to explain to him that I have a business to run and patients to attend to, just like he has clients to attend to. When I was speaking with him, he was walking out the door. I have never been so upset or insulted by anyone who has come to my home before. I will never, ever use his services again, and I am shouting out to the world that you shouldn’t either. No one wants to be left in a bind with their plumbing. Nobody wants to be treated rudely in their own home. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Fast, great service. I called with no idea of what we needed and within 20 minutes the plumber was at the house ready to work! So grateful I called John Miller Plumbing and will definitely use them again!

We found this company through our landlord. They were called to our house on three separate occasions to fix the same issue with our plumbing, and each time they did nothing to resolve the problem. The issue was with the plumbing, not how we use the toilet, but on each occasion they would ask what we were doing that was making the toilet not work, as if three people using two toilets normally, with only toilet paper, could possibly cause them to clog and run into the shower and overflow in to the hallway. They were also already fixing this issue when we moved in. The last time the toilets clogged was on Christmas day, and although the landlord said they would come and resolve it, they didn't, and we spent the day running back and forth to a gas station. They lack decent customer service and are incredibly rude and blamed us for their poor plumbing work. I am incredibly perturbed and disappointed, especially that they blamed us for a problem that already existed. If I could give less than one star I would.

I had work done by Jimmie Miller, paid him and he is supposed to come back and fix a few issues. I have not seen him again or heard from him either. No phone calls answered or returned.
