Burke Family Plumbing responded quickly to fix my issue with my lift station. They found out that there was an electrical problem that required an electrician. Once the electrician arrived, they had questions that required Burke again. Burke immediately sent out a second plumber, who worked with the electrician until everything was working again. Great responsive service all the way around!

Ricky led the work with calm authority while Lindsey executed the tasks with focus and precision. This dynamic—Ricky coaching and Lindsey doing—resulted in an efficient, disciplined outcome. The issue was diagnosed, corrected, tested, and resolved promptly. Our water was restored faster than expected.
The cost was minimal relative to the conditions and urgency. I had attempted the repair myself, but the cold and circumstances made it impractical. Their team resolved what I could not, and did so decisively.
What stood out most was Lindsey’s work ethic. She worked quietly and continuously—no attitude, no excuses, no blame. She shoveled, cut, measured, replaced, tested, and cleaned the site thoroughly. Her conduct reflected accountability and pride in workmanship. It is rare to see that level of discipline and reliability in a young professional, and it left a lasting impression on my wife and me.
