Fresh Air Duct Experts was easy to work with. I called and scheduled an appointment in the same week. Jesus and his assistant were on time, professional and explained the process thoroughly. They finished in just under 3 hours with before and after pictures. I was very pleased with the results in San Antonio!

This is a review regarding the service provided by Trace. I have used this company multiple times in the past and they didn’t disappoint. Trace was always professional and took care of all the areas that I pointed out. The original service was only to clean the carpets in the rooms, but I added some cleaning to the living room couches. All areas look much better. Most are old carpets, but the service improved how they look. I would do service again with them.

The tech Robert is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable of the process. He explained what he was going to do and presented transparent pricing in accordance with the quote received over the phone from the office. I’ve hired a Company the prior three cleanings but their pricing has escalated beyond the value expected (end results.) IMHO Stanley Steamer did as good of a job if not better, for a price more in line with our budget. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services.

Horrible experience. Selling the house in which I wanted the carpets cleaned. Technician was over an hour late after already having a 6 hour window. I wanted cleaning and deodorizer. Was informed by my realtor that the carpets did not look cleaned and the open house the home was 2 days later. I had to purchase my own shampooer and was stunned by what I pulled up after Stanley Steamers tech was supposed to have cleaned. I contacted Stanley Steamer requesting contact by a manager and a refund, I also sent in pictures of the dirt i pulled up. Never heard from a manager but received a text offering $50 dollars or $100 off my next cleaning. Horrible customer service on top of a Horrible cleaning job by Stanley Steamer.

Isaac was not informed that I live in an interior apartment. But he went way above and beyond to use a hose to reach me. He did a wonderful job of cleaning my furniture. He was very pleasant and did an expert job!

No complaints on our technician. He was professional and informative. I guess I was expecting more from a professional cleaning. Must be the product that your company uses because it looks like a rug doctor could do the same job.
